Liked: By far the best kept site we've stayed on. Welcomed onto the small site and given a printed sheet of information about the site and surroundings. Pitch well maintaned and level. All facilities immaculately kept, showers & toilets pristine. The backdrop is stunning.
Disliked: Not very much within walking distance. The nearby town is very run down and nothing to do there.

Liked: EVERYTHING WELL KEPT SITE BE CAREFUL DO NOT TURN INTO BALTIC ROAD FROM THE A470 AS MY SATNAV WOULD HAVE SENT ME FOLLOW SIGNS DOWN GLAN Y PWLL ROAD A GOOD PLACE TO STAY FOR THE FFESTINIOG & WELSH HIGHLAND RAILWAY
Disliked: MAYBE THE SHOWERS THE CHANGING AREA COULD HAVE BEEN A BIT LARGER THIS IS JUST MY OPINION THE TOILET AND SHOWER BLOCK ITSELF WERE FINE

Liked: Lovely campsite totally spotless. Great location to shoot off in any direction to explore. Janet was a great host and very helpful.
Disliked: Midges! Bring you repellent or anything else that helps. Totally nothing the site could do just more a heads up. Don't let it put you off.

Liked: This site is one of the best we have stayed at, the shower and toilet block was brilliant, they even have the radio playing. The pitches are nicely spaced out and are all gravel hard standing, they even allow BBQ and fire pits. Great view of the surroundings and loads of information about the local area.
