Disliked: Left after first night the ground wasn't safe or fit for purpose.. I complained but nothing was done so only stayed 1 night out of 4 won't be going back

Liked: The entertainment, troupers fantastic, my child had a fantastic time, cheering for her favourite krew member (sparkle) family games good, food was good , we only had a breakfast on the last day but that was excellent, easy check in
Disliked: Pitch was quiet muddy in places, but with the amount of rain we have had in previous months couldn't be helped

Disliked: We arrived and someone was already in the pitch that was allocated to us so it took around 45 minutes for them to find us new one. We weren't given any information regarding activities or how to book so we turned up for swimming and were told it's all booked up come back at 2 (it was 11am at this point ) we arrived at 2 and then waited another 55 minutes in a queue for entry to the pool. The water is very cloudy and there's alot of chemicals please do not drink the water.

Liked: Are touring hoilday was cancelled dew to flooding and was upgraded to a static caravan which was Very homely and very clean I really enjoyed it and thank you very much for letting us stay in your carvan. Park overall is clean and tidy well maintained and staff are great 👍

Liked: Lovely site with superb facilities, Touring area was spotless and warden available to help out. Entertainment was fun with a small arcade. Swimming pool was very warm but needed to book a slot.
Disliked: The warren touring toilet and shower block needs updating. They were clean but looked tired. Swimming pool changing room floor were dirty, lots of rubbish left in cubicle. 20p needed for lockers which staff did not supply change.

Liked: The pitches were perfect size. Loads on site for children to do. Staff were friendly and helpful. Facilities were clean and tidy.
Disliked: Potentially an amazing park however the beach was awful!! The sea was brown and no sand!! Another thing I disliked was our neighbour (clearly and long term pitch) strimming at 8am on a Sunday morning. As you can see it’s not the park that’s the issue it’s the terrible surroundings that let it down. If you like to stay on site then perfect park but if you like the sea/sand then avoid.
