不喜欢： We did not experience a warm welcome and after our previous fabulous stay at another site this was really obvious. Take their warnings seriously about how narrow the lanes are accessing the area, and the lack of navigating space on the small site. We were in the area closest to the lane, and at first we’re worried about the traffic noise. The pitches are also on a slope. Between this area and the reception/shop are multiple holiday bungalows which is what this place is really all about I think. More caravan pitches, then a tenting area at the top. We didn’t use the shop or the pool which was full of kids. There are only two showers for the female campers to use and the toilet/shower block is sadly dated. The free three hour trial Wi-Fi was awful and the pay Wi-Fi not much better. The closest pub The Fire Engine is at least a 10 minute walk, uphill up a narrow lane but does have great views of St. Michael’s Mount.

We're really sorry to hear that you didn't enjoy your stay with us and felt you didn't receive a warm welcome.
The pitch you stayed on was picked by you on Pitch-Up and we try to make sure that the descriptions are as accurate as possible. I'm sorry you feel that pitches are on a slope; this is the first time we've heard this about pitch 7 so we will look again at it.
As a holiday park, we happily welcome people in tents, caravans, campervans, motorhomes and self-catering but none matter more to us than the other - we love all our guests! I'm sorry to hear that you didn't use our shop - our prices are reasonable and we have a wide range of items. The warm pool is a whopping 32 degrees and is perfect for families - as you visited in the Easter School Holidays, we were busy with families on site but we still could've found you a nice quiet time to swim if you had wanted to.
Our facilities are kept spotlessly clean every day, with a full clean in the afternoon by our cleaning team and again in the evening by our night wardens - whether it looks like it needs it or not.
We offer a small amount of free WiFi for guests so they can arrive, check emails and plan their days out. The paid WiFi in general is quite reliable so we're sorry to hear you didn't think it was much better, but hope you enjoyed that you had it for free.
Our nearest pub the Fire Engine serves food from 12pm-9pm every day and as you said, has great views of the Mount! We can make it in 7mins if we know a cold glass of vino is at the other end but allowing 10mins makes it a more pleasant walk.
We're sorry that overall you didn't enjoy your stay but hope you found enjoyment on the next step of your journey around the UK.
