It was in a good location. In easy reach of local towns such as Ledbury, Upton on Severn and Malvern. Despite being just off the main road, it wasn't noisy. At first glance it's a pretty field. All the staff we saw were friendly helpful and polite.

The pitches are tired and unkempt as were the trees and hedges. There was litter around when we arrived. The booking system seemed a bit lapse. We didn't have a problem, but lots of people arrived with no clear instructions as to where to pitch up. The menu in the pub could have benefited from just a couple more English choices rather than Indian. ( there were only 2 beef burger or chicken wings ) This site could be lovely , but sadly feels rather neglected.

Nice location with stunning scenery

Touring pitches were very shabby , not proper hardstandings. Grass not been cut for weeks and very weedy and lumpy . Trees and shrubs needed a cut back. No gate on entrance. Electric hook up hard to access.Site needs a good overhaul . Toilets and showers in pub were damp, mouldy, dirty and needed and complete revamp. Water tap amongst nettles and bushes. Pub service was incredibly slow waiting 1 and half hours for food . When arrived was very disappointing and not much of it for the extortionate price . Limited English menu only two times and no dessert menu . Would not go back or recommend. Shame really as lovely location. Just needs lots of TLC

Great Location, very friendly staff, pub garden was lovely. Our pitch was well kept and a comfortable size.

One toilet out of the two (ladies) was out of order the whole time we were there. It seemed toilets blocked easily as the flush was weak. However there was always one available. The path from the camping to the toilets had brambles spilling onto it so needed a bit of simple pruning. The smell of the Indian food cooked at the pub was nice but if you don't like it there's no escape. I like Indian food (as long as it is mild) but I don't eat beef, goat, pork, lamb or seafood so there wasn't anything on the menu I wanted, the kids menu was the most appealing to me.

Campsite is in a good area close to the Malverns, (3 miles). Food in the Pub restaurant, which is co-located with this site was good, but not to the standard as advertised, I would say. The Real Ale was very good indeed and staff very friendly and professional.

Photos on the web make this ‘camping field’ look nicer than it is. Only views are of other morotorhomes, caravans, tents. Chemical Waste point and ‘washing up’ areas both basic and ‘tatty’. As were the Showers and normal toilets used by the Pub visitors also. All needs decorating and bringing up to date.

We were booked in for both last Friday and Saturday Nights, and moved to a different site, 5 miles away for the Saturday night. Need I say more….

Good space for each tent and the facilities provided were of good standards.

We picked this campsite because of the pub on site. We stayed on a Tuesday night so we could go up Malvern hills on the Wednesday. It said online the restaurant isn’t open until Wednesday but the bar was stated to be open from Tuesday onwards. After waiting over an hour calling the number given, we finally got a phone call back to tell us The bar isn’t open until later in week. If I knew it would have been like this I wouldn’t have booked it.

Just us there - dead quiet at end of June. Pub and food ok. Showers v good and fresh water supply good. Black water waste good.

Could not find anywhere for grey water waste

Nice pitch (No1) close to facilities. 2 night stay. Ate at the pub on our first night, good food. Book ahead, especially at weekends. Lovely pub garden. A thoughtful list of other food delivery/takeaway options listed in the washing up area. Another night would have been nice.

The Marlbank is why we came here again. It is still fantastic. The pitches are nicely arranged.
