Good location close to Malvern Hills

It’s rather tired, paint flaking off ceilings in showers, pub not open on dates mentioned on their website

People who worked in the pub and food.

Pub itself was shabby. Showers were dirty and ceiling mouldy.
Actual camp site was a lovely paddock but unkept with bits of rubbish lying around and close to a busy road.

This site could be an absolute gem with just a little bit of tidying up and maintenance. It's in a lovely area, the campsite itself is adequate for a couple of nights stay. I don't want to be too negative because we enjoyed our weekend and yes, we would return to the site. The Indian food at the pub was fantastic and the staff in the restaurant and dealing with the campsite were extremely friendly and helpful. We were on an electric hook up hardstanding and grass pitch which was an ok size but did notice the tents and campers on the grass pitches were closely packed in. The grass could do with cutting and the hedges cut back. The toilets were in the pub but campers have 24 hours access and they were clean, the showers were ok but could do with some ventilation (mouldy) and a bit of a spruce up. These are all things that could be easily rectified.

The Indian food at the pub was delicious, had dairy free options and the staff were very accommodating with finding us a table. The location is brilliant for walks!

Staff were not very forth coming in communicating help with our pitch when we arrived. The washing up facilities need a freshen up. The site is good for maximum a couple of nights but not for longer stays or stays with young children as there isn’t much area for them to play.

We were planning this trip since few weeks. We looked at many websites to find a place for our stay. Even if says the cheapest the best and so on-on the other websites- only pitchup.com has an offert which fully suits us. Beautifull , comfortable and REALLY cheap accomodation place- Marlbank restaurant in Malvern- was a perfect place to stay and have a wonderful time in Malvern. Another benefit- close distance to the hills and another attractions worth to see... We love it so much that will definitly come back there!! Nicely laid out site behind the pub. Quiet, with very little road noise. Clean toilet facilities. Had a meal in the pub which was very good. The pitch number was sent to us in advance which made it easy to just get settled.

Would have been nice to have hot water in the toilets and in the washing up facilities. Difficult to wash up without it.

Food ,small site, very nice staff and service..

Would like a bathroom shower toilet sink just for the camp site shower shave etc in one room..not having a shave brushing teeth while some one from the pub is using the toilet...
