Lovely quiet place to stay, handy bargain store on sight and cafe where we got breakfast every morning. The shower block consisting of two showers and two toilets were abit worse for wear but useable, the shower was tokens which were 50p each so a show of 20 mins cost around £2.00, Most people use there own facilities so this is probably why they are abit dated. The barn toilet block was immaculate and nicely decorated, we only found it as we thought it was an actual barn. There is a small animal farm on site and you could see peacocks and peahens walking around the site which was a lovely site to see. staff were all friendly and polite and if you needed anything you just had to ask. The site is kind of out of the way so a bit of a walk for my elderly mother but she was happy to sit and read a book and watch the peacocks showing off.

Very helpful staff, helped me to park my caravan as a bit rusty. Helpful leaflet given informing me of surrounding activities and take away etc. Lovely quiet pitch, everyone on site very friendly. The cafe is delicious and lovely isn't to see the animals. For a quiet few days away, this spot is very enjoyable, I would recommend it to others.

Unfortunately we were parked under a tree so signal wasn't great.

Location was good and didn’t have a problem with the site itself.

Near animal park for kids.
Staff were very nice.

The pitch was awful . We left 2 hours later and went to another site.
There were a lot of seasonal pitches and they had the nicer pitches.
When I booked it said no awning which is fair enough as I thought nobody would have an awning up.
On getting there all the other pitches had awnings up and we were on concrete base unable to put awning up.
This was a large pitch so landscaping it a bit would make a big difference.
As there were quite I few seasonal pitches it felt more like a residential site than a holiday site.
Also couldn’t get a tv signal.

Lovely pod, really clean and surprisingly comfortable beds. Nice and warm. Practically sound proof, could barely hear children playing outside or seagulls in a morning. Good toilet facilities only a stones throw away

All caravans round us were obviously related in some way as everyone was in and out of each other’s and laughing,talking and partying to 5am in morning and we had very little sleep toilets and showers weren’t very clean, dog excrement was not picked up at the time it was done and throwing tab ends on floor our impression was they are sited there fore there rules and not caravan site rules will not be returning

The description offers much but fails to deliver anything, despite being described as family friendly there isn't even a play park for children and a plethora of signs forbidding ball games.
The toilet/shower block is decrepid and in a disgusting state, showers an extra 50p for 5 minutes, if you dare!
Information provided by the "reception" suggests that buses into Bridlington are available from near the nearby industrial estate (approx 10 minutes walk), it neglects to tell you that they do not run at the weekend.
It seems that the touring pitches are an after thought with just mud patches to the side of the gravel standing.
It is suggested that all efforts are concentrated towards the animal park and cafe and tourers are an accepted source of income for no extra effort.
In closing we suggest that this site ranks along side the worst we have stayed on.
