不喜欢： Not a fault of the company and someone should have reported the disgusting habit of the dog owner who did not even bother to pick their dog faeces up, which was found on two pitches. Maybe the company should put up signs to say there is CcTV around! The camp site is a small space and there are children roaming around.

We liked the pool and the splash pad, the little pool for kids is good and with the slide it’s entertaining for them! The park is clean and friendly and it’s nice to wake up to a view! The arcades and soft play are together which is good if you were to have teenagers and a toddler!
不喜欢： The one lady attendant in the shower block could be a little more friendly, she didn’t say hello and please get rid of that metal mop she constantly was scrapping it on the floor 😬. The restaurant doesn’t serve breakfast which was a little disappointing, but the beach shack down towards the beach luckily did.

不喜欢： Internet provided was poor. Weak connection so limited on a rainy few days without streaming on TV.
Very few bins and recycling points. Long walk to talk rubbish each day.

The free showers were spotlessly clean, warm and welcoming, there were enough so that you weren't waiting for a shower.

Unfortunately, during your stay one-of our Wi-Fi transmitters went down in the touring area meaning that there was a dip in the Wi-Fi signal, apologies. Due to our beach side location in an East Devon valley we are fortunate to have the most amazing views from our terraced, touring pitches-if you are after a more accessible holiday park, we suggest you check out our sister site Castle Brake

Reasonably priced drinks不喜欢： Camping field is just too small. It feels cramped and hemmed in.
Safari tent act as party tents.
Not enough space in The Three Rock downstairs, nowhere to sit at multiple times in the evening.
No hairdryers in men’s facilities block.
No where to get a fresh coffee or breakfast on Sunday morning.
Absolutely no signal anywhere and WiFi never worked. Up in the top touring field and camping field it doesn’t find the WiFi!!!
We are sorry to read that your stay was not perfect. We are encouraged to read that you rated our customer service and child friendliness as a five out of five. If it's total relaxation you are after, our sister site Castle Brake offers a wild camping option, which allows you to fully switch off and escape the crowd.

Yaay, another happy camper, we are so happy that you had a fun weekend in the sun enjoying all that Ladram Bay has to offer. It's always a shame when some dog owner's don't pick up after their dogs, we do have 24 hours security on hand as well as our siting team who would have been happy to speak with the relevant owners.
