Lack of WiFi. Will stop me booking again. Sorry, complete nightmare and deal breaker.

Everything was perfect from start to the end! Location was amazing and staff was great.
Definitely we will come back

The cleanliness, friendly, beautiful views, lots of things to do for families. Nicely spaced. Excellent customer service when there is an issue. Friendly staff. Lovely new shower block.

Site is in a perfect location. Our pitch was on the lower tier with a lovely sea view. The site was spotlessly clean all round. The security staff were really friendly every morning when taking our dog out. We didn't use any facilities other than the toilet & shower block. We would definitely return here.

Not enough dog bins around, one at the end of each tier of the touring area would be useful.

WiFi is terrible, we barely had any signal and no tv channels either.

Staff driving the service vehicles around, drive far too fast. I witnessed one taking a caravan out today & the excessive speed was unnecessary.

Absolutely everything. Every member of staff we met were friendly and in particular we'd like to thank the cleaners who kept the facilities superbly clean.

We are normally ' wild' with our campervan but given the time of year wanted somewhere we could hook up and chill for a few days.

Never, ever have we said that we could have just pitched up and not left the site and be happy before - until now.

Superbly well stocked shop with realistic prices, views from the pitch amazing, arcade fab (we like doing the 2p falls) even though we didn't win a plastic duck (we collect them).

Lovely site, central to Exmouth and Sidmouth, very clean, helpful staff and plenty of amenities.

Wow where do i start, i would highly recommend this caravan park it was the best holiday we have ever had. I can't wait to go back.
The pet friendly caravan didn't feel like a pet caravan as it was spotless. The staff and all the things to do is am,we enjoyed the pool and the club in the evening especially the kids club and bingo. It has its own beach to which is so beautiful with the sea being clear. The arcade was great fun and not expensive either. I can't rate this park high enough I will be booking for later in the year without a doubt

We had a friendly welcome from the lady in the reception kiosk who gave us all the information we needed.
The pitch was excellent, with its own water and electricity point, and reasonably level.

The WiFi needs to be improved, the signal was very weak making it unavailable much of the time. There was no coverage at all on the o2 network, meaning that reliable WiFi is important.
We were close to the entrance road, the noise from which is made worse due to the speed limit being routinely ignored by both park employees and visitors. It is pointless putting 10mph signs in place if the limit is not enforced. A number of severe speed bumps should be installed.

Really loved the fully serviced pitches and great sea view from the pitch.
