不喜欢： That you had to pay extra for everything, swimming pool (£20 for 4) splash pad, crazy golf. Our pitch was right next to a massive electric power pylon. Expensive restaurant.

不喜欢： Great restaurant but were told when we got there that we should of booked as it’s very busy and was told we could have a table for 1 and half hours as they were very booked up, the whole time we were there there was no other tables in use in our section. Nothing major but just odd to say they were really busy when they clearly weren’t.

不喜欢： the pitch was a bit of a steep hill climb, was located on arrival, having 4 children and a toddler I disliked that we were on the corner of the road and the top of a ledge with a 7 foot drop on to gravel in front of the tent with no fencing, big nails sticking out of wood really dangerous for young children, the restaurant on the first night took our order, read it back to us and all but one meal came out, they wanted me to re order and pay again for the food that never came while everyone else was eating …NO
The shop refused to sell my partner beer and wine 🍷he’s 47, we went down for some supplies for the bbq after being out all day and the eldest daughter went with him. Because she touched the bottle of wine they refused to serve him because she had no I’d with her she’s 19, she wasn’t buying it, my partner was even tho the wine was for me, the staff are ridiculous, no matter where we went in Ladram bay we were met with difficulties with the staff…. To go swimming for an hour it’s cost £36 for a family of 6, booked the day before, the day we went swimming the eldest had girl problems and could not swim, they refused to refund us, we didn’t let all that spoil the holiday we enjoyed it besides all that. The best part of the holiday was meeting Keith the crab and lobster man, if we were to ever go back it would be to get lobster from Keith again he catches and cooks it for you their and then that was great

For our touring guests, we aim to offer flexibility and keep base costs competitive, which is why swimming isn't included in the standard touring and camping pitch price. 不喜欢： The pitch was a nice.size but the hill you have to go up to get to your pitch is crazy. Even more.so when you see there are empty pitches at the bottom of the hill for motorhomes. There's also only one place to take your rubbish which is yes, all the way down the hill to the far side of the carpark. Shower blocks and WC are very dated and are in need of updating. Also only get WIFI at the bar area all the activities was extra so the cost of a 4 day break here was very high for what you get which is a pitch

For your next visit, you might want to request a pitch a bit lower down the hill if the climb was challenging, these pitches are for motorhomes and tourers. While the top pitches do offer those stunning panoramic sea views, we totally understand that not everyone wants that. We do hope you change your mind and give us another go in the future.
