Awesome campsite. Amenities were always clean

We never went to the pool because you had to book & there was never availability when we wanted it

The central location from the camping and we had a beautiful pitch.
We swam the most of the times in indoor pool because the weather was not so good.

The booking system from the swimmingpool was very complicated.
The water in the outdoor pool was not heated.

Crazy golf good but very dated

Very small pitches. Struggled to get gazebo and car on pitch. Unable to use toilet tent also due to room.
Only 2 showers in the men’s block
No mirror near the sink for shaving in men’s block
Waste area for toilet content very unhygienic

The facilities

It was quite muddy as the night before they had tremendous down pour, but soon dried up! Not much of a shop as alot was out of stock, and very pricey! Also quite a way out of newquay. Taxi cost £30 to town centre, we got bus back which was £2 PER ADULT And £1.80 CHILD

Lovely, spacious site with lots for the children to do. Staff were brilliant on arrival, guided us to our pitch and made sure we knew exactly how and where to pitch up. Amenities were clean. Indoor swimming pool was nice and warm. 2 parks for the children, tennis courts and a little arcade.

My only negative about this stay was our bad experience with the storm at the end of our stay and lack of support from staff. We had extremely high winds and decided to pack up the night before we were due to leave as I was camping alone with 2 children and it was quite scary in the tent. At one point during packing up, the tent took off with myself and my son inside. Luckily a family in the same field come to our rescue and then helped to get the tent down. I was a little disappointed that there was no sight of any staff and thought they may have done their rounds around the camping sites to check on people and make sure everyone was ok...

Shower block was always kept very clean and the welcome was great. The onside pub was nice and clean with friendly staff and nice food.

The roadways through the fields had large gravel which we found uncomfortable to walk on.
The WiFi was a nightmare and we never managed to get online.
An onside shop would be nice

The facilities such as the pool although it was very hard to get a booking as it gets so busy as we would have liked to use it more/ use in and outside pools .
Staff very friendly and helpful
Pitches were good size
Shower blocks were nice
Good facilities such as slip and slide

Would of been nice to use the pool with more ease as had to book far in advance

Good sized pitch, nice clean toilet and shower facilities, good laundry area with plenty of machines and dryer, bar, arcades and swimming pools.

The booking system to the pool, low availability so rarely got to use it.
