The on site shop (The Hut) was expensive and very minimal in selection.
The Manor Arms (on site pub) menu needs attention. No choice for vegans and minimal vegetarian options. Also unhealthy meal options not great with young children in tow. Also food was poor.
Toliets were OK on day 1 but after day 3 both the toliets and showers required cleaning and stocking up with toilet roll.

very nice and friendly place, swimming pool, tennis court, showers, washing machines, dryers. Everything you need with a swimming pool inside and outside, all included in the price. I hope there will still be room for another camping holiday.

Pretty site, and indoor pool was a winner in bad weather with kids.

Staff unhelpful with allocating pitches next to friends even though multiple attempts were made to request.
No help via telephone neither in person on day. Half the site was empty and no one camped next to either of us for days so could have been an easy fix. Yet we were given pitches away from each other which wasn’t ideal with kids.
Felt like “can’t be bothered to change paperwork” kind of approach and attitude.
Not enough toilet facilities often at peak times had to queue also due to amount of users they got dirty.

Nice friendly site with clean facilities with nice warm powerful showers, pitches were flat and there is plenty to do on the site

Good sized pitch. Plenty of hot water in showers.

Outdoor pool do with a bit of an extra clean and TLC with regards to weeding and tiles.

Arrived 1 week before English school summer holidays, (we were Northern Irish, our schools finish earlier), we were a bit disappointed that not all facilities were open during our stay eg. Coffee Hut, slip and slide, segway.
This wasn't made clear prior to booking.
