We enjoyed all the facilities

Really welcoming staff, very helpful and officiant. Bar staff were incredibly polite and was very impressed.

Toilets and showers were always clean, range of facilities was good for young children. Staff we met were friendly.
Giant slip and slide on site was a huge hit.
Campsite location was good-easy to get into Newquay.

Tent pitch was right next to a main road so traffic noise all night, and train/plane noise also til late every day.
Some of the facilities need some TLC-mini golf course very tired, same for the teen arcade den.
Pool area needs lifeguards. Pool was shut while we were there due to a tragic accident so only used once.
Would have been nice for facilities such as the mini golf and laser tag to be discounted for people paying to stay on site.
Gates get locked at 10pm which is fine but we found it really difficult to get back to our pitch - signage to show the way would be helpful.
Not much to do in the evenings for little ones.
The only free facilities on site were the pools and due to rubbish weather we didn’t use the outdoor pool.

Toilets were nice and clean. Food was nice in pub. Staff were friendly.
Swimming pools were a good size but were closed for the duration of our stay due to factors outside the control of the campsite. Gym was also well equipped and modern.

Touring pitches were very exposed to the weather. We had to leave two days early as it was too windy for our tent. That’s coming from hardened campers who do a three week road trip every summer in our tent and camping in winter! Never been defeated by the weather before!
We also couldn’t venture out on foot. Driving is a must if you stay on this site.
Think the site was over priced.

Fantastic place and great location too. Fun for all the family with lots of things to do.

Awful facilities it's an unsafe place to take a family an awful accident happened when we were there. The place is so run down

Nice site with great toilet and shower blocks. The pub on site serves excellent food. Can’t ask for more really.

Downside and o have to point it out because it’s cost me lots of money. The crantock field we stayed in has absolutely no shelter from wind whipping up the valley. We lost and new drive away awning, flag pole and wind break. I’m not a novice either.

Customer service, easy to book online. Great campsite, likes the bar area, there was enough for my grandson to do

Good, well marked out pitch which has a space for a car. Electric hook up and water for your pitch.
The wash area although it looks small accommodates all of the campers on site and we never had to queue. Plenty of hot water and cleaned at least twice a day. If it's grotty then that's a reflection of the person's staying on the site, (mentioned on other reviews.)
Good sized area to give the dog an off lead leg stretch away from the tents.
Very friendly warm welcome and it was nice that they provided a map and drove you to your pitch.
There's a freezer for the blocks in the middle wash area, (we were not told about this.)
The indoor pool has a fair booking system which you can book two days in advance. We managed to get in everyday without an issue.

It would be nice if you had information about what's going on on the site. - opening times for the cafe or bar, and entertainment on, food being served etc
There is a shop on site but again there's no real idea what they stock when they open or close etc. It's what let's the site down. If that was printed and handed to you when you arrived it would make planning your holiday a lot easier.
Sites a little tired looking.
