Water shortage on a night couldn’t get a shower around 7.30-8 no water left

Friendly staff especially the lady who worked in the shop she was so lovely also loved the soft play and the mini golf fantastic site for young children ,

Swimming pool changing rooms found it difficult with such young baby’s getting them ready for the pool, also found pool lighting poor seemed very dark around poolside which i didn’t like .

Loved the flat pitch. Facilities well equipped.

Extremely clean toilet block initially, cleaned regularly and smelt amazing. After a couple of days they were no longer cleaned and blocked. Cleaner when there so friendly.

The lady who we checked in with was very friendly and helpful, I felt that as a group of young men we might receive a couple of dirty looks but that wasn’t the case and was a welcomed experience.

Our pitch was in a decent location.

For me personally as someone who goes camping, a site completely relies on good facilities (showers and toilets etc) and that was not the case unfortunately every time I used the shower it was just as dirty if not more dirty than the last time I used it, one even had some yellow stains in it which can only be one thing and was very disappointing to see.

The pitch area was kind of small especially when we had someone next to us.

When we asked about booking the pool we were met with a couple of dirty looks and were told we were not allowed to book the adults only session despite all being adults which was definitely unfair.

I paid for 1 day of WiFi as well and it didn’t work at all.

The pitches where well maintained and we liked the fact that you had your own clean water supply and the electric

the indoor pool was very poor tiles missing off the floor no individual changing rooms it's just a communal room. the outdoor pool that was advertised as being open was actually closed and looked disgusting all mouldy and green and the laundrette onsite wasn't working the washers were but the dryers weren't and no signs saying they weren't so we washed all our clothes in the 18kg washers to find we had no was of drying them after it had took our money for the dryers spoke to the site about it to be told we would get a call back from
the site manager dean i think it was however we never recieved a call back

Took my 2 daughters away aged 9&6 for a long weekend and never been on this site before
Absolutely brilliant decent size pitches great facilities and loads of activities on site most included with your pass
We paid extra to go on the slip n slide which the kids loved
The on site pub is great and although we didn’t eat there the food looked good
Although it’s a few miles from the nearest beach it’s situated near the A30 so it’s ideal to get about perranporth is 15 mins away and st agnes around 20mins
Also a few shops near by a coop and Morrison within 2 miles

All in all really enjoyed our stay and hoping to return next year

Site shop doesn’t sell all the things you might need but not really a problem

The showers and toilets were great. Very clean and close to our pitch.

Unfortunately there's nothing positive about our stay apart from laser tag

Very poor, Not good valve for money, there's loads accommodation on site but Unfortunately not enough facilities, No local supermarket close by no public transport in walking distance, a hut shop on site but only sold fuzzy drinks and sweets no meals, minimal things for children to do, 1 new/clean shower and toliet block, the other 2 on site were falling apart and very dirty, I paid stay 5 nights and ended up booking else where after the 2 nights...not happy very disappointed...completely waste of money.

The facilities - clean toilets and showers, never having to wait. Nice surprise to have the softplay and my child loved the indoor pool. Great food options in the cafe and hut. Friendly staff.

Just it being such a big site, it took us quite a while to walk to the leisure complex with a little one. I recommend bringing bikes or scooters to encourage them to move faster.
