Excellent site with good facilities dog friendly close to all amenities excellent location would definitely go again

Size of pitch was perfect

Moved to a different pitch when we got there when aske why was told its just what they do
Showers didn't drain very well
Waste disposal was a long walk from are pitch
Customer service was not good

Disliked quite alot more. I intend to make a personal complaint

Decent sized serviced pitch (water and electric). A number of activities onsite for the children to do.

Very dated looking. Needs a good freshen up and tidy up. A bit scruffy.

Family friendly. Convivial atmosphere. Friendly / approachable staff. Clean / modern ablutions. Pool / slip and slide are great fun.

Management handled a complaint against unruly guests well.

Mini golf facility is rather tired - could do with some TLC.

One way system and gate closure makes driving between leisure club and the Crantock field very difficult during the evening.

No disabled parking at the leisure club.

The site size was bigger than expected (plenty of land to walk dogs with some open areas to give them a good run)

All pitches looked to be on relatively even ground

All staff were very polite and helpful

The leisure centre was well laid out (with easy booking process of activities)

Nice to see on site WIFI, however, we didn't use it as 4G was sufficient for our needs

Gents wash room facilities are in desperate need of an update / rebuild on Fistral field (was notified of this before arrival)

Outdoor swimming pool was pretty dirty (didn't seem to have a cover)

Liked the fact that there is an on site laundrette, however, Number 1 dryer was faulty (not managed by Park - outside company owned)

Fantastic clean shower and toilet block, with great facilities, even though the campsite was virtually full with families and a children's football club, by 10.30 you could hear a pin drop ! excellent would definitely recommend and return.

Very friendly staff in both arrivals, the shop, and leisure centre.
Beautifully kept flat pitch.
15 min drive to beautiful beaches.
Pools were great! We went end of season and had the outdoor pool to ourselves 90% of the time!
Lovely little kids park.
Giant washing machines on site!
Very quiet.

Totally clutching at straws to find some things we disliked…

-Noisy toilet door hinges (scared the kids)
-Slip & slide not working (was told pump had gone and it was so close to end of season I don’t blame them for not having it fixed)
-Pool booking system is a faff
-Outdoor pool could have done with a daily netting to get out leaf debris, lots of tiles falling off (though gave children something to swim down and find)

(All of which we were able to totally overlook due to the fact it was end of season and super quiet)

Great location.
Lovely clean shower and toilets.
Spacious pitches with awesome sunset views.
Mini golf and tennis were free which the teenagers loved.
Overall, apart from the under 16’s rules regarding swimming, a great trip and we’d return.
We booked 2 pitches so our teens could have some safe freedom. Amazed at the size and pleasantly surprised we had a water tap right by our tent.

Felt very safe and 100 % family orientated.

Disappointing that our teens needed to be accompanied by an adult (both strong swimmers)to use swimming pools and laser tag.
We were shocked with the state of the outdoor pool - dirty, full of leaves and bits, and freezing so we were unable to use it. That was a huge downer for me but I would just go to the beach next time instead.

Large site, lots of activities available, bar, gym, indoor and outdoor pools and more. Pitches generously sized and all staff friendly.

The small shop/hut on site doesnt contain much other than sweets. No bacon, sausages, eggs etc

Towards the end of the week the toilets were only being cleaned once a day which meant by early evening there was very little toilet paper if any and dirty toilets
