Right next to a road so quite noisy.

Beautiful location, lovely level site, clean with perfect amenities. Great couple running the site, nothing was too much trouble.

Loved how they only use the outer edge of the field for pitches so everyone has plenty of space.

This quiet family run site was perfect for our family. Lovely flat pitches clearly marked and allocated for the bank holiday. Plenty of space for the children to play with parking on your pitch so you can keep your eye on them playing in the middle. Family’s pitched together. Fire pits and all the necessary wood etc can be purchased- what a sight to see- lots of fires and family’s settling down as dusk approached.
Dog friendly with walks nearby and a nice dog friendly pub just a short walk.
Facilities were kept spotless.
Owners were so helpful and accommodating-checking in daily. They do a late night walk around to make sure everyone is ok, especially with Storm Lilian approaching, gave me plenty of tips to remain secure. WiFi not available but I knew that booking. Had 4g through Vodafone/ee/Three in our family on our pitch though.
Peaceful, quiet and a great place to see the stars, cloud permitting.

We had an amazing stay! The shepherd's hut was lovely, clean and spacious. The owners were so friendly and helpful. The campsite it was very clean and well looked after. I would highly recommend and we look forward to be back again one day.

Lovely, clean, flat site. Good facilities. Ann was interested in what we were up to and gave us helpful information, she also had a wander around on the Saturday evening just checking everything was ok

There were a couple of noisy dogs and one child who cried in the night, but mostly a quiet site, you get pot luck on who your fellow campers are.

All facilities were clean
