What can I say, wanted a short getaway in the countryside, with plenty of walks, quiet site but close to everything. Was welcomed by the owner, who was very welcoming and knowledgeable of the area. The site is close to the railway, the bus and Aldi. The Robin hood pub in Silsden does lovely home cooked food reasonably priced. The site is quiet, idyllic with lovely scenery and walks. There is a big barn with fridge freezer, microwave and kettle to use and washing up area. Shower and toilet area kept clean. The pod great, very big, comfy bed,with little side table and 2 chairs, blanket for extra warmth and also a heater that warmed the pod nicely.

The sign to the site not very well positioned as missed and drive round for ages before finally asking someone in the village . You are given what3words words which I did not realise was an app to locate the place you are going to. Unfortunately I didn't know of this app therefore was no good to me. Also feel more than 1 shower would be good, was very quiet when we was there but guessing later in the peak season this would be useful

Everything. What a beautiful place. Loved the farm animals, especially the piglets, it made my daughter so happy. A barn with clean showers. Also wood and fresh eggs for sale, firepits for hire. Toys in the barn for kids. Fridge freezer, microwave kettle and plug socket for tenters with no electric for emergencies. Very convenient. Clean washing up area. Lovely little private tent areas, lots of room for kids to play. Helpful host. Definitely recommend. Will be back again.

Everything! The welcome from the owners, our children being able to feed the piglets, the pitches are set out really spaciously with long grass in between so tents aren’t on top of each other. It gave a natural boundary for children to play without disappearing while we pitched the tent and felt quite private and peaceful. I also liked that cars are not on the pitches other than to set up and pack away.
The toilets and showers were clean and stocked well. The barn area with toys, power, kettle,fridge freezer , microwave and honesty box for eggs and fire pit was a great addition and just quite handy!
The setting was really pretty, lots of trees and a nice view from our pitch, nice circular walk from the site too.
There was wifi but we didn’t use it.
We loved the site and will be back again

There is road noise from the bypass but this wouldn’t put us off returning. It’s a handy location between villages and near a train station so unless you camp further into the country a bit of noise is hard to avoid

1. Loud on saturday night we stayed - some band was playing til around 11pm or so.
2. Can hear the road.. which usually wasnt an issue, just felt like a distant background noise. More a nuissance when cars would rev down that road

Lots of space and level.
Our first time travelling with a hired camper van and it was very easy although we’ve done lots of tent camping.
Good facilities and a covered area for non car campers to use.
Friendly owners who recommended local cycle and walking routes.

Quite a lot of traffic noise from the busy road nearby

Nice flat site, well equipped and fabulous new showers.

Glad i brought earplugs as the next pitch were playing awful music.

The campsite is brilliant, we especially like the strip by the river. Facilities are great
