A little road noise

Everything was exactly as described and Jonathan had allocated us an area which included a cabin , campervan hookup and room for a couple of tents as there were 8 of us in all . The children loved the big grassy area for playing ball games and soon made friends with another group of youngsters camped nearby. We made full use of the campsite showers and the freezer in the communal barn was very useful for recharging our iceblocks . We bought lots of the farm eggs and had them fried every morning ! We made full use of the local transport links and went to Ilkley on the bus one day and Skipton by train yesterday to visit the castle. We also enjoyed the local walks which could be accessed directly from the campsite. Definitely recommend.

The traffic noise is quite difficult to ignore but they do provide earplugs foc if you're a light sleeper. No-one in our group felt it spoilt their stay.

We liked everything about the campsite. Everything was all in one place. The facilities were great also. You can buy disposable bbqs and fire pits with wood. The children loved the pigs and there was plenty of space for them to run around. The couple who own it are very accommodating and friendly. Would definitely stay here again

Lovely little campsite, we stayed for a night with 2 children under 6. Toilets and showers nice and clean, few games for kids to play with. Pitches nice and spaced out with plenty of room. Honesty box for fresh eggs, firewood, fire pits and bbqs. Fridge, kettle and microwave if you need them.

Only thing that we didn’t like was the noise from the road nearby, so I’d recommend ear plugs for sleeping if you’re a light sleeper.

The site is lovely. Close to a train station (you do have to cross a bypass) and Aldi. Steeton and Silsden are both within walking distance and there’s plenty of walks around. Fabulous showers in the barn and everything you need on site for a comfortable stay. Fresh eggs for sale and fire pits for hire. I camped down by the river which was a lovely stretch! The owners are super helpful and friendly.

Planes, trains and automobiles. It can’t be helped. I took some noise cancelling earbuds for the night time and free earplugs are available!

Very clean facilities, second time staying here & now a new shower area which were lovely, beautiful scenery & animals on site which is lovely ☺️

Great small site, showers and cleanliness very good indeed, gate code so felt safe, cars away from tents but can park for loading, I prefer that. Big barn so if wet there's shelter and fridge, freezer, microwave and kettle. WiFi good ..teen loved that. Only issue is road noise but they even provide free ear plugs! Have pigs and piglets and chickens ..it is a real working farm so do be aware of that. Highly recommended.

What can I say, wanted a short getaway in the countryside, with plenty of walks, quiet site but close to everything. Was welcomed by the owner, who was very welcoming and knowledgeable of the area. The site is close to the railway, the bus and Aldi. The Robin hood pub in Silsden does lovely home cooked food reasonably priced. The site is quiet, idyllic with lovely scenery and walks. There is a big barn with fridge freezer, microwave and kettle to use and washing up area. Shower and toilet area kept clean. The pod great, very big, comfy bed,with little side table and 2 chairs, blanket for extra warmth and also a heater that warmed the pod nicely.

The sign to the site not very well positioned as missed and drive round for ages before finally asking someone in the village . You are given what3words words which I did not realise was an app to locate the place you are going to. Unfortunately I didn't know of this app therefore was no good to me. Also feel more than 1 shower would be good, was very quiet when we was there but guessing later in the peak season this would be useful
