Location is great

Having stayed on the site previously we wernt expecting the poorly looked after site which we found upon our arrival
Only 1 shower working out of 2. Not the cleanest.
Toilets were in poor condition. No hand soap on day of arrival. No toilet paper. No hot water.
The site felt very unkept. Very over grown hedges, trees.
Electric points laying on floor.
Had issues with other campers whom turned up 2 days into our stay saying we were pitched on their plot!! We were informed of the 4 choices of tent pitches with electric up on our arrival and informed to pick one. We were never informed that people had pre booked a plot.
Seems the owners were more interested in the restaurant than the camp site.
Rubbish bins over flowing. We saw
Rubbish bags left in car park on our departure, probably because of the over flowing bins.
Broken pallets scattered around site.

Very disappointed in this campsite like others who were staying here.
On arrival gates wide open and the campsite was completely unmanned. People were camping were they wanted to as there was no electric points in the place issued. The site had 1 shower working for the campsite and the toilets stunk of urine. Only 1 toilet roll for the cubicles. Even the regulator People who have been staying here have said its becoming run down as a campsite from what it used to be. The site didn't even have WiFi that was stated in the confirmation. Phone signal was very poor there. Highly not recommended and won't be returning in the future.

Everything apart from the neighbours camping next to were lovely . Don't believe what you read.

Went into the pub for food, got turned away by the man on the bar although one of the women said it was fine, he seemed he didn’t want the extra work

Campsite

Amenities were shocking 😮
Very poor.
One of the two showers not working, drain of that one blocked.
Toilets unclean.
Men’s toilets pieces of string instead of door handles.
No toilet paper 🧻.
Sanitary bins overflowing.
It didn’t look like any maintenance had been carried out for months.

Lovely quiet little site. Indian food is amazing. Good location for malvern and Upton upon severn

which was our reason for staying at this site.

Site is definitely in need of some TLC
Pitch was under overhanging trees so had to come off hard standing to side
due to tress rubbing on roof of Motor Home
Electrics require attention distribution board not weatherproof also cover missing off distribution board mcb's. This doesn't meet the standards of BS 7671
Not set up for motor homes the only water tap for filling tank was in the hedge behind other pitches. No disposal point for grey water.
One shower was out of order when we stayed other again was in need of TLC

WiFi available but could not log onto it on our pitch

Fantastic place - we stay in carpark which was fine. Not noisy and flat. The inn was amazing with the best Indian food ever. Staff were really friendly and helpful.
Dogs were allowed in pub and staff brought water and treats.
Great atmosphere we will return

Close to road, traffic noise.
Facilities were abysmal, 1 shower out of 2 working and that was in a dirty unhygienic condition (felt I came out with more than I took in)? god knows what had splashed up the doors which were mahogany grey ugh! Evil gross little rotting wooden bench/seat thing in the corner if you dared to use it, (had to, nowhere else to place you belongings)
Toilets weren't much better with shoddy bolts on the doors, sometime more than one, the others being broken and not taken off when they were replaced. paper dispensers were reluctant to dispense and as a result fell apart through misuse.
Sinks, awful taps chrome plating bubbling up, soap dispenser mangled with no soap available.
Staff didn't seem to bother about who was there or not or for how long.
I could go on.

The Indian restaurant food was excellent as was the service (pub). Probably one of the best Indian meals that we've had.

The basic van pitch was in the pub carpark, where we could probably have stayed overnight for free. The one shower that was being shared between probably 20 units was really grubby and hadn't seen a decent clean in a long time. There was mould on the ceiling and walls. We looked at the shower and decided it really wasn't worth using it. Other campers on the site were equally disappointed with the facilities. The camping field did seem to be a bolt-on to the restaurant and wasn't maintained. Whilst we were there units arrived to find that others had taken their spots and were unable to park up.
