Lovely clean site. Receptionist staff friendly and welcoming. We didn't use the on-site entertainment as we had our dog with us and dogs were not allowed nside.
The tent pitch was clean and tidy.

There seemed to be problems with the hot water for showers and the washing facilities for pots and pans. Past reviews mention the same problem so it must be an ongoing issue. I tried to shower at quiet times but it did not improve.
The people that pitched their tent next to us did it far too close. There was supposed to be 3m distance between tents, but I felt too uncomfortable to say anything. Maybe there should be a staff member that checks tents are pitched correctly and safely.

Good sized fully serviced grass pitch. Small hedge separates each pitch which is nice touch. Good dog walking area.

Loud music until 9.30pm from adjoining pitch. Parents swearing loudly at their children. Toilet and shower block was very dirty. The shower was luke warm with not a great flow of water. The toilets had paper all over the floor and some were very dirty with poo! One plug between three sinks at the washing up station.

The separated pitches. The well kept toilet and showers, the shop, the swimming pool , the pub/ restaaurant (although we didn't use either of the latter). Friendly and helpful staff.

How the amenities were vandalised and littered at weekend. Disappointed to find that there was no access to the beach due to the erosion. (we realise that this is beyond the control of the site)

Loved the hedgerows between pitches, made it very private. On site facilities were great.

friendly reception staff. nicely laid out site and amenities. clean toilets. everything you need is on site. basically liked everything.

Constant dog barking all day and well into night. Owners just letting them bark, also going out for the day and leaving their unruly mutts barking non stop. The site does nothing to control any of this. Speaking to other guests who were around us ,they had had enough as well and will not be going back either. Until the site starts to take this seriously and remembers that they have other customers there who go for a peaceful getaway I will not be going back. Also their online customer service, once you have paid you cannot talk to a human being. If you have any questions you can only talk to a robot. Such a shame for such a nice site.

On the touring park. Nice large pitches. Value for money. Would definitely return. Great evening entertainment.

The ladies toilet/shower could do with a step to get in and out of as it is quite deep.

Easily found site, friendly welcoming, helpful staff. Didn't use any entertainment facilities. Toilet block clean & adequate.

Was here a 8/9 yrs ago was a fantastic fish and chips shop had fish and chips £11.78 which was a rip off the fish was half the size not very nice nearly £6 a pint so if you won't a drink walk down to club next door someone just let their dog wonder and do his business anywhere

Large private plot, plots divided by thick hedge.

Requested a particular area plot but wasn’t allocated even though there was five spaces. Area where we were allocated was one of three in very shaded area. Entertainment very child oriented
