Decent facilities.

2nd time I've been here and they've allocated me a pitch that already has someone on it, need to sort out their booking system.

Staff were friendly .pitches good sizes

Suppose to be dog friendly. You can only sit outside at outside restaurant .they wouldn't allow me to pick my dog up and go get drink .or sit inside with her being solo person .I went once there not again .toilets were disgusting .never clean .you had to spray bugs or you got bit having shower .cob webs everywhere .toilets were always broke .toilet flush on 3 toilets never worked kept sticking .they were told by everyone .other toilet was out of use .wouldn't recommend

Plenty to do for kids and adults on a night been twice and enjoyed both times

On arrival we got our pitch got there and someone as dumped all there waste water all over so asked to change to another then to find that was full of dog poo but 3rd time lucky I guess.

Fishing pond looks diss owned talked to everyone fishing to see if anyone caught anything but they didn’t tried myself and didn’t not sure if there many fish in.

The site was lovely and located in a great area, would definitely stay there again

Site good, well maintained staff polite helpfull.
Club and pub good,

Toilet shower block needs some serious looking at,no toilet roll,hand wash for 4 days no hot water all the stay,
Shower heads,door locks broken.
Paid lot of money for very little. No fish shop open

Close to the coast

First pitch given already had someone on it.
No phone number to ring reception just a text number so no instant reply.
Had to go back to reception to ask for another pitch number, given a new one , went back to touring and someone on it again.
Went back again to reception and was told to drive round and just find one and then text the number and let them know where we were.
Missed our swimming slot because of this!
All pitches hardly had any grass left on them

Everything clean tidy and very spacious pitches, we was literally 20 second walk to the shower/toilet block

Signal was crap where we was, also our pitch was in the top right hand corner which was covered in trees so couldn’t even sit in the sun! Everybody else on the touring pitches was surround by sun apart from us (just a tad jelous) but other than that it was a good weekend

The toilets and facilities are always clean and tidy nea the tourer pitches.
Good entertainment for both adults and kids, reccomended side easy to get to. Poor signal though in most areas of the site. Wifi is only inside the show bar and the restaurant

Some prices are expensive.

The showers were terrible, toilet block dirty with no toilet roll on several visits. Majority of staff were young kids that didn’t even look up when you walked past. We paid extra for a swim party on the bank holiday Monday, 2 young male lifeguards around the pool. I’ve never seen behaviour like it, throwing balls in the pool as hard as they could, throwing the rings to hit the roof, kicking the balls as hard as they could, hitting each other with the waddles. I had a one year old with me and I didn’t actually dare go into the main pool because of their behaviour! The assistant at the entrance of the soft play just sat on his phone the whole time not even noticing kids going in and out. This was our first family caravanning holiday and was really disappointing. The pitch was okay but hedge over grown and weeds and nettles all around, could be a really nice site with a bit of love and attention.

Well enjoyed stay will come. Again
