Lovely site. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Very peaceful place to stay and close to some extent walking and mountain biking

Friendly, helpful staff. Clean and spacious camping area although from what I saw there was one strip for tents. Good EHU. Shower block at the bottom was very clean , lovely lady that cleaned it.
The shop was well stocked, even bought some daft lollies ( see pics lol)

Not so much of dislike but ideas. The shower was a lovely temperature however it needs to be on a timer for at least 2 mins as we had to keep hold of the button in order for it to work which makes it difficult to shower properly and so wastes more water.
Could also do with a tray in the shower cubicle for your shampoos etc.
Better signage from the main road as the postcode sends you to the trade entrance where static caravans come and go. Also a sign at the main entrance and around the site as to where the reception is.
Need transport to get to the local towns and villages.
WiFi can be paid for but apparently it's not good so we didn't bother.

Beautiful site, very well looked after. The toilets, showers and pot washing area was always immaculate. A member of staff lead us to our pitch and was super helpful. A really fabulous couple of days.

Our tent pegs struggled to go deep into the ground, due to rubble or hard-core under the surface.

Excellent camp site, excellent host. Perfect facilities, shop, showers, play areas.

Had to pay for kids when got there but had put into pitch up site they was coming and there ages .so please be careful on booking

We liked everything. This is a place where we would liek to come back again and again.
Clean toilet blocks, showers.
Clean washing area
Wonderfull play area for kids, our daugter dont wanted to go out from here.
Lovely and clean pithes.
As i said there is a wonderful camping place.

The lawns around the site were well maintained.
Facilities were plentiful, showers and toilets were clean and showered were warm.
Little shop has everything you need without it being big.

Proximity to road meant traffic was loud, a lot of the day and night. Farm traffic and boy racers meant it was loud quite consistently. Shame really as a lovely site.
Last thing mentioned to us when park managers left was “off site by 11!” which we found rude, as it was also written on the information pack, and we had also read the emails!
Ridiculous sized bumps in the road around the park. What’s the point?! If you want security, put a code on the gate, people don’t drive fast in these parks.
Having to use a code every time to open the door to the ladies was a bit monotonous.
Pitch site wasn’t that big so we were told we could leave our car on the pitch next to us as not in use so people seem to be made to park elsewhere.
Pitches also weren’t level and we’re gravel which isn’t ideal.

So friendly and great people felt so welcomed, really cheap shop! Great wash rooms an toilets an so central for dove dale and caves exploring really loved it

Only thing would be a plug in shower rooms so can use other things straighteners etc

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The site was family oriented with a great playground and open space for playing ball games. The showers and toilet blocks were of a high standard and kept clean. Had a brilliant stay and would definitely use this site again
