Pretty much everything!
The staff was easy to reach and helpful. Always saw the staff going around helping and tending to the campsite's needs.
The amenities were clean, well maintained, well located, organized and had everything I needed.
They did well to put families with children in one area and quiet couples in another.
They have everything you need: fresh pastries and bread to order, a nice mini market with everything you might need at good prices, all day everyday hot water, communal area to prepare food sheltered from the sun and rain, even pitches for tents and caravans, plenty of parking far from where you sleep, WiFi at the pitches in your tent...
Really, everything!

The only thing was about parking your car near the pitch. The asked me to move my car from the place I opened my tent (the pitch I was designated). After a discussion they allowed me to park my car near my tent because they saw that my tent is tiny and I needed the car close because I always went back and forth to take things.
They have a curfew for driving cars in and out of the campsite. Make sure you check what time is it and don't arrive too late.

Beautiful peaceful site. Great amenities. No 31a was the best pitch! Plug sockets for a small charge, fridge and freezer available to use at no charge. Great onsite shop.

The setting was beautiful and the facilities were exceptional.

Warm welcome from lady in the shop who gave clear instructions and suggested walks for me and the dog. Well laid out site that was pretty full but felt quiet. Large pitch for my small campervan. Easy to find location with good signage from the main road and in a lovely location. Showers were hot and free. Wifi great in the middle of the site.

Weather not great. I didn't make use of them but charging £1 for 15 mins of socket time feels a bit tight especially as most people presumably use this to charge their phones and these don't use much power.

Lovely peaceful site with great scenery. Well maintained and provided for. The shop has everything you would need and the showers had plenty of hot water.

Toilets were a bit small and could get busy.

What’s not to like about this site, beautiful location, quiet, friendly, extremely helpful staff, accommodating. Are tent leaked water in and got completely ruined, they allowed us to put up another tent on another pitch whilst we dried everything out and transferred everything over. Allowing us to dispose of are ruined tent, could not ask for a better place to stay would definitely return there

Only 2 showers and 2 toilets in the gents. Could do with a couple more,

Fantastic site that is well run and looked after. The sites shop is well stocked, staff are friendly, the facilities are clean and well maintained and the wifi is great.

Although the site was remote please be aware the roads coming from Bo’ness were narrow and difficult to navigate. The description should inform future campers to take the main A590 or A5074 into Grange over Sands. This way the stress levels won’t be so high!
