Super clean facilities and friendly staff. A really relaxed atmosphere, would definitely stay again.

There are some great facilities. The shower/toilet block is clean and well stocked. They have a nice set up with a mini-bar van and a really good food truck that serves great burgers, and the waste and electricity points are well placed.
The location is good, with easy access to the canal and River Severn, and it's only 3 miles into Worcester so it's out of town, but not that far.

The Wi-Fi. Ugh. I paid £12 for five days access and struggled to get a connection in the evenings alongside, I presume, everyone else who is trying the same thing.
If the Wi-Fi had been free, that would have been more palatable, so it was slightly galling to have to pay for something sub par.
The O2 phone signal is very weak in the area, which added to the (first world) problem.
It's one of those small gripes, but something that has a fairly big impact.

Fantastic, convenient location. Close to motorway but countryside feel and lovely scenery next to canal.

The bathrooms are absolutely outstanding. Easily the best facilities we've seen at a campsite and very luxurious.

An absolute bonus was a visit from a family of swans who happened to be the most tame I've ever experienced.

Close to West Midlands Safari Park which was fantastic fun for all the family.

Great little park for the kids.

Clean and tidy site. Very quiet on an evening. Staff very helpful and polite. Toilets immaculate and spacious.

Not a complaint, where we were situated there was no WiFi. Not a problem as it meant we had extra family time. There was WiFi on site but not on our pitch.

Well what a great site. The site was spotless, the shower/ toilet block is very modern ,it was regularly cleaned, loved the music playing, the lovely touch of hand soap & hand lotion on ever basin. There is a outside bar which is a horse box that's been converted its lovely, the prices were very reasonable, lots of seating ,a really friendly atmosphere.There was a street food wagon that came on Friday ,Saturday, & Sunday morning. The bus stop is outside the entrance, with a good service going to Worcester or Kidderminster. The staff are so friendly & very helpful. We will definitely be returning.

Staff were so friendly and helpful. Booked it for the fishing and it didn't disappoint husband and kids loved it.
Lovely walks along the canal.
The toilets are amazing home from home. Plenty of hot water and a hairdryer which is a must.
Living quite rural at home this was perfect. Short drive to Worcester which had everything we needed. You can also catch a bus into town which we didn't know until our last day. So definitely be back. Thank you :)
