I love this place it’s our second visit and we’ll be back again.
Rick and Victoria can’t do enough for their customers. You see them all the time, working, cleaning, helping the campers out with problems.
It’s a lovely down to earth, relaxing site.
The amenities are simple but all that is needed, toilets are lovely and clean and always stocked.
The ducks regularly come and visit your tent to say hello.
If you want to get away from the world and just relax which is what we wanted, it’s perfect.
It’s a well kept site, with archery and air rifle if you do want to do something.

We really enjoyed our stay with Little Tongues. This was our 2 young daughters first ever camping trip and they loved it. The facilities were clean, the area around the pitch for them to play was spacious and safe. The site is set in a quiet countryside area, completely away from busy roads and other public areas but the nearest village is just a 4-5 minute drive away, offering local shops and the most beautiful fish and chip shop. The owners were super accommodating and friendly, helping us map out the area and local amenities. We will definitely be back again.

The first night of our stay, there was a lot of adult groups that were getting drunk and aggressive with each other after hours. This was not on the owners at all and the campers causing issues were told to stop and you could tell it wasn’t what they were used to or what they would tolerate (unlucky timing for our booking I guess). The second night was a completely different vibe with quiet at the set down time of 10pm and we all slept amazingly.

Rick and Victoria were amazing hosts went above and beyond in our stay. We hired the bell tents was amazing. The kids loved it especially the little added touches like the lights in the tent on the chandeliers and the inside fire. The log warmer and bbq were fab. The little onside ducks were so cute!! The toilet and cleaning facilities were great and clean!!
We went shooting in the morning what an experience.
We will definitely be back. Thank you ❤️

Nice site. Clean clear pitches. Shop near by. Nice enough owner.

Not a lot in walking distance. If your wanting a pub lunch book in advance as we ended travelling 30 mins to Fleetwood to get a table. Toilet block was kept clean but shower block was not, of the 3 showers only one was working the shower curtain was filthy. Owner was a bit shouty if you ‘stepped out of line’

Site was clean and tidy. Enough room on our pitch for tent and car. Richard was very friendly and helpful, perfect for a few days stay. Will definitely be back again,

Arrived with Transit Van and Awning.
Stayed another night unplanned. Rick fitted us in at last min. Staff running around keeping people happy. Plenty space. Not cramped. Nice surroundings . Co-op and cash machine nearby

Everything was brilliant, it is a new campsite and it has everything we needed. The manage, Rick was so helpful. He went above and beyond to help us when our tent blew away (our fault), we were ready to pack up and come home but Rick came to the rescue and let us stay in a bell tent. Thank you so much Rick, you are a star and we will definitely be back 👍

Nothing to dislike, it was perfect

Loved it! And the owner is going beyond to make your stay a fantastic one!
I absolute would recommend that camp side and you should try to book some archery!!! Great fun!!!
