Good sized pitch .

1 drinking water tap between pitches 8&9 not great for people pitched on theses pitches . Toilets and showers . No toilet roll in ladies Thursday and Friday had to find someone on site as reception is not manned very often . My husband said Mens were the same only one toilet with toilet paper . Ladies showers and sinks were not cleaned in the 4 days we were on site .. washing up area is attached to the ladies toilets and showers where the door between washing up and the showers does not close properly . . Access to these facilities are not marked from the camp pitches you have to go across the building site to access them . Not good in the dark Another set of steps perhaps half way down the camping pitches as it is too far to walk to the far end and the bank is to steep to get up .

Quiet and peacefull location and near to local amenities. Showers and toilets new and very clean. Washing up facilities great. Laundry facilities looked new, we didn't need to use them. Lots of hot water. Helpful staff when needed.

Would appreciate a couple more steps up the slope.

The actual location was great, within walking distance to Worcester along the river. Pub and Aldi close by for the essentials. Toilet block very nice and modern.

Not really a dislike but, the toilets probably could be doing with being checked/cleaned on a daily basis. In order for these to be maintained to the standard that has been set.
Possibly to be done by your site warden, and save you guys money. You then would not have to hire contract cleaners who are not on site on a regular basis. Just a thought for you going forward.😃

Everything, nice location riverside, 5 minutes walk to Toby carvery and harvester pubs, Aldi and B&M.

30 minutes riverside walk into Worcester, 10 minute drive!

Well maintained and looked after site.

Might sound a little picky!

But Not sure who's responsibility it is, but maybe get some of the bushes, tree branches cut back, fishing pegs opened up, so you can appreciate the lovely flowing river more from MH, caravan,tents, walk way etc!

Also picnic benches would be nice on side of river when cut back for views!

Saftey! Some Lifebouys over grown by weeds bush etc, not accessible if needed!

Nice location nice walk into city pleasant helpful Jake was more than happy to help us site is under revamp so will be stunning when done

Nothing to dislike people moan over walk to toilet but least there is one

No handrail or seat in shower. Long walk to toilet.

shower block not completely cleaned every day there were not many people there but it still needed cleaning daily as it is new block just needs looking after also no mop & bucket to wash shower out

The site is still in progress but they are doing a good job
We were met by Jake who was a lovely young guy in the reception and told where everything was.
The new shower block was nice but if the site was full I think they would need another one.
It's in a lovely location with a riverside walk all the way into Worcester Town centre with loads of little walks off it ideal if you have dogs.
I wouldn't recommend it for young children with its proximity to the steep banks down to the river.
Would we return Definitely!!

The long walk to empty the toilet

Enjoyed my return after it's closure , great to be back, convenient to shops and bars and is 30 minute walk to Worcester city centre. I was able to choose my pitch as I had a cat to walk in the nearby bushes.Fresh new toilets block and clean facilities . This site suits my requirements and preferences so
I will be back .

Just a comment ,that the grass and reed growth needs to be cut back by the river as was unable to view the river as I did in the past

Site under reconstruction but was still ideal for walking into Worcester via the river path.

Friendly helpful guy who seemed to be incharge of the site.
