Не понравилось: We booked this site as it said that there were no group bookings and it sounded as though it was going to be a quiet and peaceful spot. It wasn’t. There was a football tournament at flamingo land and there was at least 1 large group booked (pitchup site said no group bookings allowed) Unfortunately they were very loud and played music well passed 10:30pm. Site owner spoke to us on the first night and said he couldn’t do anything about the group bookings and noise.
Really disappointed as the description of the site sounded peaceful. Would have gone home after first night if we lived closer.

Toilets and showers were well kept and cleaned morning and evening. £1 for 5 mins shower was more than reasonable, nice powerful private shower.
Previous negative reviews do not do this site justice and maybe camping just isn’t for everyone.
Would absolutely stay here again.Не понравилось: Family in tent next to us on our first night were noisy and inconsiderate, but that’s no fault of the site itself, you can’t choose your neighbours. (overheard them saying they were never going camping again anyway so that’s a positive)

Group bookings are not permitted neither was there one.When customers book individually and then congregate as they are acquaintances then that is not preventable.
The families were playing games until 9.30 then settled down as they had an early start in the morning.Should anyone have complained about a noise then I would have done what I always do ( made myself unpopular and explained the rules regarding noise 9-30 being the limit for excessive noise). At no time was asked to try and reduce any noise by yourself or any other of the many campers.
This is a quiet site as substantiated by the many satisfied guests who have been here.
