regarding the motorway - it is unfair to mark down on that as it is well documented here and on maps that the M62 is close by. It's a wonderful road as it bring people to Yorkshire.
We are constantly upkeeping the grounds, and the recent rain/sun/rain/sun made the grass grow feverishly - we are now on top of that.
