Nothing on arrival we were allocated the pitch then had to move, due to no electric , we then moved onto another and had electric for approx 2hrs then none , went to office 3 times told nothing, later that evening were then informed electric was extra (this was not told to us prior in any form) we understand that the weather causes water log but this was horrendous , I has took my 2 grandchildren and believe me this was a disaster . I left a day early and contacted the office to be told I would be contacted ( have a guess what I am still waiting )

Fields like swamps, exta 35 paid for electric in 3 days ( no prior mention of this ) no help when complained

There was nothing I liked as I couldn't stay. The site was in carnage with people leaving due to waterlogged fields.

Sadly the fields were so waterlogged I could not stay for the 2 nights booked. Luckily I was actually visiting my daughter so could return to her. I would have appreciated an email to let me know as I would have been very disappointed if I'd travelled from the North East expecting to camp.

It’s seemed like lovely little working farm, and the staff was very helpful (would have helped us tow the car onto the pitch).

Close to Llandudno.

If the pitch was dry and solid, it would be good value for money.

It was extremely muddy, and we had already got stuck in the mud once, so we didn’t want to chance it and decided to drive home.

From what we saw, the toilets and showers were quite a walk from the pitch.

Upon our unexpected arrival at Dinarth Hall Caravan and Camping after an unfortunate experience at another campsite, we were immediately taken by the welcoming and hassle-free nature of the site. Even though we arrived late and the campsite was unmanned, the website's clear instructions allowed us to easily find a spot and park for the night. The next morning, I met a delightful receptionist who not only sorted out our booking confusion with utmost patience but also went above and beyond to ensure our comfort by refunding our mistaken booking. It's evident that the staff here truly care about their guests' experiences. Beyond the exceptional service, the campsite itself boasts top-notch facilities that are well-maintained. Waking up to the serene and picturesque scenery was the cherry on top of our pleasant stay. We genuinely appreciated the flexibility and kindness of the staff, especially when they assured us that we could have even plugged into the electric, despite our earlier reservations. It's not just a campsite; it's a testament to how hospitality should be done. Highly recommended!

Distance to the showers.. Also asked for hard standing and got grass which was very boggy and slippery

Location - we were able to walk to the North Wales Coast Path from the campsite.
The staff were friendly and helpful.

The facilities were very basic and need updating, particularly the showroom block.
Although the pitch was hardstanding, the access to this was across grass and our van got stuck and needed towing out.

Close to Llandudno.

Booked a hard stand with Pitchup, on arrival only grass pitches available, would not give refund. Water lodged field, had to be towed off by another camper who was staying on site. Shower block quite a distance from site, had to walk through a working farm, with6 dogs roaming around. Toilet facilities were out dated, back to the sixties. Grey water drop next to cow shed, with a metal plate covering hole. Toilet drop disgusting and dated, refuse area over flowing. Staff attitude was they didn’t really care. Is a FARM with a field attached. Campers had to fit in around working busy farm.
Pitchup are not doing theirselves any favour’s by listing this site, would never use it again.

Very friendly staff and very quick to contact us when we had a problem as the horses wanted to join us as the grass was better than their own.
