Had a really good stay
Will be deffinatly returning
Showers and toilets were clean.

Nothing to dislike was happy with all the facilitys and customer service.

Amazing site, with the option to park where you like (non-electric)
Loved how campers and campervans can pitch together in the same field.
You do drive through the farm to get to the fields the other side.
Perfect location if your heading to Llandudno town centre which is about 1.5 hours walk. There is also a bus that picks you up from the main road every 10/15 mins

Nothing to dislike really.
Only thing would be the mud, when it’s rained the fields can be super slippy. Don’t worry though, if you get stuck there are tractors on hand to help pull you out if needed.

Easy of booking and small animals on farm

We arrived to a very disorganised reception with no system in place.

Told to go to a field and choose a plot! No organisation of where to go in the field, no sites marked out or labelled for use. Not made aware of the fact the field we were guided to was very very wet and given the forecast rain was going to get wetter.

It felt like the farmer had simply opened his field normally used for live stock into a field for tents and campers leading to a large number of people arriving and plonking themselves anywhere.

We chose to leave at 800 the next morning having had a night of rain and knowing the ground was wet and even with no one else having left, the ground was wet and slippery so I dread to think how it may have been later in the day after comings and goings.

The facilities, although I have to say we’re clean, were not enough for the volume of people on site, we chose not to stay and use the showers but looking at the size of the building along with the number of people on site would not have been adequate.

All in all it felt like the care was not there and had there been any issues whilst on site it would have been difficult to get any help.

No one at reception when I arrived, luckily one of the farmers saw me and contacted someone to come.

The mud! The hardstanding pitches are poorly prepared and are surrounded by grass, so when it is raining, the ground got extremely muddy around the pitch. It was an horrendous weekend. When many motorhomes and vehicles got stuck in the mud the site was very helpful in providing a tractor to help people Off and on the pitches, however this increased the amount of churned up muddy ground. It was extremely hard work with the level of mud surrounding us to relax and enjoy the weekend. The pitches need more work and the hardstanding needs to come to the edge of the road. Luckily we missed the gridlock on the Friday and we left site early on Monday morning to avoid being stuck.

The site has the potential to be lovely but the reality is that its a poor draining muddy field. Facilities are basic but functional. Staff did what they could to help; moving pitches; towing stuck vehicles.

We were not notified prior to arrival of the bad flooding to the site. Hardstanding pitches are surrounded by grass making access to these pitches difficult when flooded.

Location to Llandudno being very close

Unfortunately I think they should not of opened and due to continuous poor weather the site was waterlogged and a mud pit , the grass was chewed up everywhere and some where at least 10 inches deep ,because of it being a working farm it stunk from entrance right through to caravan park. We have been to this site for around 5 years and will not go back again, everything was covered in mud and made it a complete nightmare.

Friendly staff, clean toilets but dated, easy access to main road

MUD! We have arrived after rainy days. We have stayed on gravel pitch but all the inner roads were completely impassable.
Also the campsite is quite far from the beach, about half an hour walk.

I have to say even with the mud and rain, we really enjoyed our stay. Getting pulled out of the mud by the tractor was an experience, especially realising I have a tow point which I didn't know existed 😂

Would definitely stay again, staff are so friendly.

Seeing the farm animals especially the foul who was only a couple of weeks old, really added to an unforgettable Easter break.

The staff friendliness was unmatched, super approachable, helped me out massively when my van got stuck and also allowed me the use of their hose pipe to fill my water tank. Stunning scenery from our pitch and it was very quiet and peaceful.

Not the sites fault but worth a mention, because of the rain the site was very boggy which meant my van got stuck twice. However they gave us the choice whether we wanted to stay or not, we took the risk. To avoid being in a very boggy spot, we ended up at the back of the field which meant a far way away from toilets. The grass seemed a little long too, this may have helped the fields bogginess.
