Its a wonderful site in a great setting.
We thought we could make one last trip before the winter but the rain got us.
The town was very quiet, neat and tidy.
The pitch near the river was a great novelty with the sound of the water being quite soothing. The site had all the comforts, nicely organised, friendly helpful owners. All natural and eco conscious site.
Its proximity to the lake and the adjoining complex of buildings and facilities would make it a most pleasurable site in the summer when it will come alive with activities. people and life.

Nothing really - only the rain and the time of year, the shorter darker days.

Nice pitches and setting. The toilets and showers were immaculate. Probably the best in France! Nice walks from Dienville. The receptionist was very helpful and informative.

A lovely small campsite on the river, close to the town of Dienville. Beautifully kept. Friendly. Lots of information provided.

Have stayed here a few times. Lovely campsite with great facilities. Always very clean when we have stayed. Some lovely walks around the nearby lake as well.

Very clean, pitches were very muddy but we were accommodated on a hard stand area. Facilities lovely. Will visit again.

Only stayed one night as campervans/MH not allowed off site during stay.
Pitch up arrival/departure times wrong so arrived an hour earlier than reception was open, however owners did accommodate us.

Very attractive site with good facilities. Friendly welcome from the owner who was very informative about the local area.

Lovely clean site in a picturesque setting & village.
The showers & toilets were very clean & you're requested to take off your shoes in the shower building, slip on mules are provided. The other block is just toilets.
The pitches are large & we were able to choose our own pitch. We had a walk around the nearby village of Dienville, lovely church & a bakery a few minutes walk away.
There is a reservoir nearby, probably about 20 minutes walk, with a number of restaurants but we didn’t get to these as we were only staying one night. Wished we were here for longer.

What a beautiful, peaceful site on the riverbank within a lovely village. We could only stay two nights but would happily have stayed longer. Staff could not be more welcoming and accommodating, and the facilities; thoughtful, spotlessly clean and modern. All done to fit in with and around the beautiful location, local produce and environment.

Not a dislike for us at all, but the church bells nearby do chime late and early if you are a light sleeper. Nothing that ear plugs couldn’t solve mind.
