We did explain at your welcome that we are in a low water pressure area and that you need to follow the instructions in the showers.
The pitch that you were on was 15m by 8m, unfortunately you did not tell us that you were bringing such a large tent, trailer and awning. If we had known that your tent was over 8m long, we could have accommodated you on a larger pitch.
We do not advertise that we have a play area, as campers use the site as a base to explore the local area.
