Upon arrival we show you to your pitch and explain the best way to set up, you were on one of our largest pitches and unfortunately you chose to pitch next to another tent. We are only a small site with limited space and in order to accommodate everyone you are pitched in designated areas.
I think this review is more to do with the fact that you arrived at 10.00am, when check in is between 3.00pm and 6.00pm, and got aggressive with our staff when you were asked to come back later. Plus the fact there were other campers on the pitch as they do not have to leave until 12 noon.
I am sorry that did not enjoy your time with us, but I think we are not the right fit for the way in which you want to camp.
Pitch area was big enough. Clean facilities and felt secure at night.

As we explained at your welcome there are places to walk the dog other than on the road.

Though the weather was much better, it Was a really pleasant stay despite the rain! It just meant we got to spend more time playing board games and reading. Facilities were consistently clean and showers were warm with good pressure. + a lovely cafe down the road. It’s somewhere we will absolutely visit each year and always look forward to, no matter the weather. Just such a peaceful place and base for coastal explores!

At your welcome we do explain that we have no WIFI as we are a back to basic campsite, but you can get 4g and 5g on the site depending which mobile service you are on.
