Friendly staff, great facilitators. Pool, entertainment in the club house. Our second visit to Beacon Fell View and not disappointed. Very children friendly.

Nice looking site, great views. And Friendly staff, hired act on wed was fantastic, lovely mini golf course.

Cleanliness did let the site down, toilets were not cleaned at all the whole week, needed to take own toilet roll and no staff turned up for the planned kids archery session. Very sloping pitches. Very basic shop but aldi close by.

Football area on park is easy to lose balls that you are not getting back which happened and replacing them is costly.
Shop not being open, I wasn't going to disturb by ringing someone to come and open for drink and chocolate.
No food at all in the evening.

Site needs a lot of work, facilities either broken or not working.
Only allowed to use pool once a day, washing machine one for the whole site and dirty. Kids park broken and very muddy. Pitches very uneven and walk ways not lite up with power cables running over paths. Dangerous!!
Shop selling next to nothing,

Lots of things to do. Nice walk into the town, pleasant staff, great bar and kids disco and play area. Pitch was nice and flat.

Although lots too do, quite expensive whilst there (i.e. swimming £6 per adult/£5 per child).
Pot wash area not particularly clean, no loo rolls in any of the toilets from when we arrived til we left.

The pool, entertainment and the facilities. The reception staff were helpful and the pool staff were friendly.

The shop was never open, no food was available on-site apart from crisps and sweets at the bar. The bar staff were drinking coffee but none was available for visitors in the morning.
The toilet and showers were cleaned but the clubhouse and bar area were rarely cleaned and the tables were sticky, bins full from the night before even though it was quiet.
No WiFi it just didn’t work.
The staff looked bored and too busy relaxing in the back room to serve at the bar. Disappointed because we’ve stayed before and had a much better experience.

Facilities even though my children won't use if too busy or too loud but we got for a break and enjoy just relaxing after a bust day out.

Older kids messing around late in the toliets/shower block facing the pods but otherwise everything was OK. We've stayed before so know facilities etc it's just a stop off for a night for us. We found out could have rung a number to get them moved on but know this for next timr

The pitches for tourers were terrible. We booked a large pitch and our camper was in the road at the front to avoid falling down the hill behind us. Very dangerous, making access into the back of our van almost impossible. We may as well have been sat at the side of a road as the only view was of a hedge in front of us. The toilets were dirty with no toilet roll in any cubicle. Very very disappointed. The staff in the bar were run off their feet but worked hard. The manager phoned one of them asking if it was busy! She hardly had time to answer! Will not return sadly as it sounded so promising but felt very let down with the touring pitches
