Needs more toilets and showers and one shower block definitely needs refurbishment.
We didn't use the facilities due to the weather and a tragic incident but the whole site looked as if it needed some TLC and investment.

Good facilities including gym and indoor pool.
Camping facilities were excellent.

The facilities were excellent and well maintained. Cleanliness of shower/ toilet area exceptional.

Thought there would be larger entertainment facilities for such a large site.

The place it’s self was nice kids loved swimming pool

Having to book a slot and not often being able to as it seemed to always be fully booked the site has to many pitches some in silly places like the one we had in a tent on a hill that slobs so kids kept falling out of bed and we also had a storm on the first night of 45mph winds and up on a sloping hill and couldn’t really sit outside again due to being on a hill had to sit at the bottom of the slip just the little annoying things I feel we’re we was should not be a pitch or atleast levelled to allow a good pitch as it was not the cheapest so a little disappointed in all honesty we won’t be going their again which is a shame as it has the facilities their which are good but having to book swimming and can only do 2 days in advance and being on a sloping hill ruined it for us shame could of been so good

Nothing at all

The worst site we’ve ever been. Staff extremely rude and not welcoming. Woman in the reception needs some manners and customer skills. Only 2 young boys were- directing the cars. Site has no barrier so anyone can come in anytime. One night heard that girl got missing , so again same staff member wasn’t happy”oh again problem with the kids”. No 2 cars allowed to be parks as per site rules, but those rules apply not to everyone. Male showers mouldy and rotten, female was ok but bare in mind -no bench so all your stuff needs to be placed on the floor. Some older ladies was struggling to get change as there was no were to sit. outdoor pool looks like from horror movie . Tiles from last century. Indoor pool handrail not secure. No life guards. bar and arcade out of date . All area very spooky and requires urgent updates. Washer dryer - cost fortune. Electricity next to water which is very unsafe if you have small kids. I would not recommend this park. Please check all reviews before you go on other sites.

Actual geographic place , kids loved laser tag

Shower rooms , toilets , no hot water at some point in the showers ,park is not secured at all times , we stayed 1 week outdoor swimming pool was open only 1 single day .

The toilet and shower block was new and very clean

The pitch was as far from the facilities as possible, although all the facilities were poor anyway, so no great loss.

The site was lovely, friendly and clean. Staff very helpful.
Close to all areas.
We chose Atlantic Reach for the onsite facilties but found too much to do out and about.

On site shop wasn't great. Not much compared to other site but there is a Co-Op up the road.

This place is way overprized.

We payed about 70 Pounds the night.
The toilets and showers werde less and disgusting dirty. The playgrounds and the minigolf looks unsafe and made in the70s.
We cant use the indoor pool and the outdoor pool was closed all the time. Everything for the kids has to be payed. We leave the place 3 days earlier.
