Lots of on site activities, all really well maintained. Friendly staff. Clean facilities. Big pitch sizes. Great location

I couldn't find a fault with the place

The staff were friendly, slip n slide next to the site was really fun.
The size of the pitches has plenty of room.

Swimming pool run down, tiles lifting or missing on pool floor.
Arcade fire alarm kept going off, no one came for a long time to sort it and when it was open, machines didn’t work properly.
Not much to do apart from play parks for the kids

Many things to do on site. Few things cost extra. Near Newquay.

First night was lovely and quiet but second night someone was having a party till half one in the morning which isn’t the parks fault but wrecked it for us as got no sleep

The little shop on site was perfect, especially for a morning brew, son enjoyed the playground, the temperature of the indoor pool was lovely. Mini golf was fun. We love that these things are included in the price. Staff were friendly and helpful. Wash facilities were cleaned daily, the best wash facilities we’ve had on a camping trip.

Being pitched so close to the main road made it noisy all night and hard to sleep.
The main problems we faced all came from other campers leaving toilets and showers dirty, letting their dogs wonder round and poo near the play park. And not adhering to rules and regulations and general disrespect. But as I said, this is not a reflection on the site it was the campers staying there. Staff dealt with majority of problems professional and promptly.
Some facilities are run down, breaking and outdated, for example the mini golf had bits falling off and broken pieces of wood coming off and the arcade need updating and the tennis courts and equipment are very run down.

Large pitch sizes, outdoor pool and children’s activity, short drive to beaches

No access to family bathroom always locked, bathrooms got busy and very cramped in shower cubicle with small children

Unfortunately, Pitchup makes 'Liked' a mandatory field. If we could leave this blank, we would.

Overall, the entire site is a tired, deshevelled and neglected site.

The restaurant is a budget weatherspoons. The 'cottages' are a group of council houses sat opposite a whirring airconditioning unit from the restaurant.

The 'included' swimming requires booking 48 hours in advance, or else you wont get the opportunity to swim. The outdoor pool requires on the day booking, meaning a 7am battle with the online booking portal. Whoever designed that has never heard of a user experience map before. The changing rooms are akin to an empty room with benches; no lockers, no changing room showers, and a single toilet.

The minigolf is falling apart with turf all over the place.

The toilets are more akin to a movie set for a shower room stabbing. the lighting is abysmal, but still enough to see the mould, broken panels, dodgy locks and faulty showers. With just two toilets and two showers, we always opted to use off-set facilities when out and about.

The staff on site seem to lack any knowledge that you'd expect. When asked where we fill up with fresh water, they pointed us to a hosepipe used for cleaning toilet cassettes. When asked about the outdoor pool, they stated it was heated (it's not...). And when using the 'convenience store', they tried to charge an additional £5 for no reason and likely will catch less mentally astute individuals out.

At time of booking, we asked to be near our travelling companions to which they agreed. When our companions arrived, our pitch was a substantial walk away. The managed to get us moved closer, but still not on the same 'road'. Despite asking, we were told we couldn't be moved closer. The pitch next to them remained vacant for their entire stay and the remaining week of ours. In the meantime, we suffered from a neighbour who's dog was constantly off the lead, music past 10, rubbish strewn onto our pitch and cigarette smoke coming into our motorhome. No action was taken.

The pitches are incredibly cramped, with terrible 'roads' leading to each.

All of the above is within their gift.

Unfortunately, not within their gift is the weather. Be warned that the site suffers from substantial prevailing winds.

Amazing campsite with brilliant facilities. Large, spacious pitches. Lots to do on site with your leisure pass. Every member of staff was so friendly, and helpful. Everything was very organised!

the WiFi wasn’t great in the pitch we were on. Paid £5 for 24 hours and probably only got to use it for an hour of that

Camp site was organised and clean, very spacious and quiet.

Lack of space in shower cubicles and feel a bit dated, need to book to use swimming pools which you can't do until you have a pass and then Theres a 2 day wait for a space. Extras like the slip n slide not being part of the booking.

Loved staying here. Cute outside pool , annoyingly you have to book and quite often you can’t get a space however when you go down to the pool it’s pretty empty with room for many more people, so most people just went in as nobody man’s the gate .
Only 2 washing machines so could do with a couple more .
Shop on site with sweets and pastries and ice creams could do with a few essentials really.
Staff were friendly and helpful all in all it was pretty perfect
