You are absolutely right...We do tend to have really lovely considerate guests and because we are a small site it is easier to make friends if the social side of camping is your thing.

It was nice to have Pizza and chips freshly cooked on first night.Не понравилось: We ordered a cream tea on second night, Unfortunately I forgot to change thd time from 1pm to 5pm and it was left outside the caravan. The weather was not good with thunderstorms and heavy rain forcast. I would have thought that common sense should prevail and to leave it inside until we returned. The cream tea was rained on and put in the bin by the owner before our return.
No comoensation or replacement was offered, so very disappointed.
As we had a pizza the night before it would have been helpful to check the time of cream tea for the following day.

In regards to the cream tea which was pre-ordered at your requested time, It is not our responsibility to remind you of when you ordered your cream tea .
Given the number of emails received regarding your food orders we expected you to be aware of what you ordered and the timings. In addition, given that we are a very busy small site we cannot be expected to remind guests of what they have requested
A lot of time and effort goes into making cream and afternoon tea, (all food is freshly made to order from scratch)
We were very disappointed that you had forgotten to return to site at your allotted time. We tried calling you but unfortunately got no answer, therefore we sent you a text message.
No replacement or compensation was offered, as we were not to blame for this incident, we supplied what was requested at the correct time.
