Entertainment team.
Local area is beautiful.

We are in F8 and quite a distance from the toilets and showers.
The indoor pool was quite busy when we booked and was hard to enjoy without bumping into someone.

The tent pitch was littered on arrival but was cleaned up very quickly

Showers in the old block were weak, didn’t come out with any force, it just trickled out.

Amazing campsite, extremely friendly staff we can't wait for our next visit in August with our 3 children.

Put on a pitch in between multiple caravans that the premises knew at the time of our arrival had not paid and enforcement action was due to take place. Woke up the next morning to security and Police getting ready to tow caravans on either side of us away and had to speak to them in order to not get blocked in from leaving the site. Having had to take a detour around the whole park in order to leave it was clear there were multiple other pitches we could have been put on. Really disappointed that is how they treat their bookings.

Great space on the pitch to park and pitch our tent. Lovely staff members and great clean facilities like toilets and showers.

We left a day early due to noise levels on the site past 00:00. We couldn’t use the swimming pool which was inconvenient for us and our stay and the weather was rough. Next time I think we will try and book a caravan.

Loved the place, the staff were friendly, the place was kept clean, well managed, great location, loved our trip

Roads and one way system could be improved

Facilities lovely, close by for tourers.
Laundrette a little distance but okay to just pop down via car.
Camp site was absolutely gorgeous, loved all the little rabbits, woodland walk was lovely.
Obviously we got almost demolished by the wind pitching up but we managed and we left a day early but they can't decide the weather.
Would prefer to be on less of a slant but again they can't decide the land.
Overall weather permitting this was a lovely holiday and we would return.

Distance of the shop.

Lovely location on the site with beautiful sea view and sunsets. Shower and toilet facilities very good and clean. Swimming pool excellent. Shop useful and well stocked. Staff helpful and always available.

Pitch had a dip in the middle of it and the gravel was like broken rocks which made it quite unstable - wheels of caravan sunk in. Very difficult to level and also the gravel pitch was too wide for the caravan so less grass area available for awning and parking. We had a bit of trouble with dogs not on leads and unfortunately one dog 'did its business' very close to our awning. We know that everyone with a dog was told by the wardens to keep dogs on leads at all times but feel the signs telling people that dogs must always be on leads not very evident.
The fresh water supply was a distance away from our pitch and the grey water disposal was at least two fields away - quite ridiculous to be expected to carry it that far.
