The staff was great, entertainment for the kids was good. Clean toilets and utilities.

Nice staff, clean well maintained facilities, lovely night security staff, great views especially of sunset. Could see GCHQ and the sea from our pitch.
Great for kids - swimming, mini golf, play park, disco etc.
Other reviews moaned about night security patrolling but as a mum alone with two young kids I found it very reassuring and chose this park because of this. There are so many good points about the park but depending where you are the pitch angle can be difficult to deal with. I know it’s nature and fields etc but when you can’t sleep for sliding down and can’t use tables etc it’s hard work. Pot holes on the roads drove me mad with a nice car.
Bins and waste were easily accessible and collected regularly. Entertainment seemed popular and well attended.
I have to highlight the night staff who came along on patrol after my youngest had been poorly in the tent. It was 1am raining and windy and I was struggling to clean up and quite distressed. The patrol came back with blue roll to clean up and a hot drink. So kind and thoughtful. Please pass on my gratitude 🙏🏼

The security at the clubhouse were absolutely lovely they had the time and day for you. And the food at the clubhouse was nice too.

As my partner is a scrapman they didn't have any trust for us and was really quite rude. Also in the clubhouse the girls who preform the discos children orientated don't seem to have any time for children with learning disabilities, my child is adhd and autistic so doesn't understand as much other children and is silly. But every single night he got ignored or not treated like the others "child move" just how he was spoken to annoyed me so much. ALSO WE WERE CAMPING, WE WERE PLACED ON A HILL. Every night we rolled out of bed because the location we were placed which wasn't fair. It was so uncomfortable. THEN THE GRASS WAS CUT WHEN IT HONESTLY DIDNT NEED TO BE. THERE WAS GRASS EVERYWHERE. SPECIALLY WITH A CHILD AND DOG. ALSO we got moaned at a lot for the dog not being on a lead but I'm sorry that is impossible when your going in and out from your vehicle.

Slopes to camp on. Club house far too small for amount of guests

The facilities and entertainment

Pitch was on a hill and under a flood light which made sleeping difficult. Also very exposed to the sea winds. There were other pitches but ours wasn't best positioned. We abandoned the holiday mid stay and went home.

Good entertainment for kids

Roads really poor.
Quite a long distance to the toilets and showers from the pitch.
To far walk to the beach specially with kids.
Difficult to try find space during evening entertainment in club house.
The pitch was on the steep slope, grass wasn't kept short.
