Really helpful staff bearing in mind it wasn’t the best weather conditions for camping, clean facilities and good range of activities on, walk to the beach wasn’t too far but was hilly.

I should have paid more attention to the fact the campsite isn’t flat and you pitch on a slope no matter where.

First pitch offered was on a proper slope - you can’t pitch a tent there! Young man was very nice and found us something much flatter. Weather - but you couldn’t really help there 😄

Beautiful area.
A beautiful woodland walk around the site accessed from the dog walking field.
Warden patrolled which ensured the park was quiet from 11pm.

Tent plots were mostly on a hill/slope.
The area was extremely muddy & slippery - people in our party fell/slipped several times.
The ground was so wet that when windy the tent pegs lifted out of the ground.
The main toilet block, which was not always very clean but this was largely due to the mud, was locked from 7.30pm. You had access to a much smaller block with only three toilets which was often busy and cramped with queues to use the toilets.

Walking distance to beach. Meals at onsite restaurant were good quality. Pool fairly warm.

Lots of tent pitches on a hill, making sleeping impossible. Only seemed to be 1 toilet/shower/ wash up block open which can be a long way to walk in the night or first thing in the morning. Recommend taking toilet roll first thing in the morning

Children’s entertainment was ok shower blocks were clean, staff really friendly and had a nice view from our caravan

Pitches were run down and water logged, pool was really rundown, crazy golf was rundown. This holiday camp looks nothing like the pictures on the website

The entertainment for the kids are fantastic.

The arcade could do with a maintenance check as there was numerous games out of order and some took your money and then didn’t work. Could do with something to put your clothes on when you go for a shower in the new shower block - clothes got wet as the small hook wasn’t enough to hang clothes on so had to put them on the floor.

Clean facilities, could walk to beach, well-priced restaurant and bar, entertainment for kids, peaceful

Our pitch was on a hill so steep we had to fight with gravity to stay in bed each night. We were also at the bottom of the hill so when it rained the grass became a ditch. Main toilets were closed between 7:30pm and 9am, so at peak waking up and going to bed times, you have to queue up for one of three toilets in a porter cabin.

Loved every minute camping. Every thing was just as it stated. Shower facilities were clean and warm. Entertainment for the kids were great and booking system worked too.
Kids loved the Stripies and able to get matching junior t shirt. The clementine statement was the best. Loved the entertainment staff really fun and went out of their way for you in the day or evening.
