Clean, spacious, well kept site. Good location with use of the sister site facilities. Toilet block and showers clean and staff friendly on arrival.

Close to train station for travel into nearby Barmouth.

Our 2nd stay here this year, which says a lot. Well kept campsite, with regularly cleaned shower/toilet block. Staff were helpful when needed, have access to the sister campsite entertainment and facilities free of charge. 10 minute walk to a lovely beach, shops, arcade, couple takeaways and bar also 10 minute walk. Most pitches are level, was fairly quiet when we was there so good choice of pitch with electric. Plenty to do locally with the kids for a short drive away

The pods were great, so much easier than pitching a tent!!

The toilets and wash facilities were not always clean and the decking area leading to them was broken. P

Stayed on this site for the weekend with my son in one of the pods. They were great value for money. Larger than expected and the view from the pod tops it off. Everything you need within a few minutes walk. Beach shops arcades and ice creams. Will definitely be coming back again.

The view and the easy access to the beach.

The number of toilets and showers are woefully inadequate for the amount of people staying on the site. The 3 shower cubicles are tiny without anywhere to put anything without it getting soaked. No shelf or anywhere to sit.
As there is no curtain or barrier the whole area was always flooded. The availability of a mop and bucket would help. The man who cleaned them twice a day did his best in difficult conditions.
The decking outside the women’s toilets is very unsafe and a tripping hazard.
Unusually on arrival you are not given a pitch but told to find one.
At £40 a night it is by far the worst site we have stayed on and poor value for money.
There is also no wi fi.

We are a family of younger and older children, and there was something to do for all really close by and a beautiful beach which we spent all day at. The site itself was lovely, great views of the sea and plenty of space between pitches. Nothing on site as such but was really relaxing and a short walk to arcades, chippy, pub and shop. Quiet at night and always hot water.

Did not dislike anything and will definitely be returning

Location , everything you need within walking distance. Reception ladies over the road , where you book in were lovely.

Nothing really , just a few pointers:
Showers could do with some sort of drainage system , as water was all over the floor as you come in , by the sinks area, from them. Bins weren’t properly emptied, just the top layer removed as they were overflowing . Oh ,and buy some quality pegs for the tent , ground hard as rock , bent all ours.

The pitch field was lovely and spacious and flat.
View from the field you can see the sea. That was amazing.
Shops (chips and pizza) and arcades short walk full stock in shop and lots for kids to enjoy doing in arcades.
Beach short walk and amazing sandy beach clean and amazing to be on.

The shower / toilets block need little maintenance, better cleaning rota.
