Hmmmm. Friendly welcome

Midges, sheep, facilities. It was cheap because, well, it's cheap.

Although we have had a lot of rain over the past few months it became apparent when driving onto the field to pitch up, the ground was so saturated and did not drain excess water away, is the correct word very boggy ?

The middle part was full so had to try and find another section but so much excess water and mud.

I have been camping to many places after and during a run of very wet weather but this field was not fit for purpose, a contingency plan would be to close until fit to pitch on or at least inform guests to bring wellies, a good matt for the entrance to your tent so mud and sheep poo not brought in, something to get your car out when stuck or sliding or what to do and loads of anti bac for your hands as sheep poo everywhere and no hot water to wash them safely, oh and hand towels/paper towels to dry hands after washing in the warm water only in female toilets.

I’d leave this field to the sheep to be honest, I don’t want others feeling like we did when you just want a simple break away for a few days.

Great site well located.

Showers would be good,….stay had to be cut short by a day due to persistant rain, unlucky I guess.!

Lovely campsite with welcoming hosts. Very peaceful location next to the river with lots of room and pitches to choose from. We loved watching all the sheep roam around the site. Will be visiting again soon.

An absolutely stunning place to camp. Very peaceful with the sound of bird song, wind through the trees and the river flowing alongside you. Very clean and useful facilities.

Absolutely beautiful location, many camping spots and 3 fields to choose from. Close to the stream or far away. Views of mountains and located within woodlands. Allows tents and motorhomes together. Couldn’t get a better location £10PpPn

Not having nothing to dislike about it was what I disliked.

The environment was gorgeous and a lot so space to choose from. A lovely scene surrounded by nature and the environment was very clean

Amazing scenery. A very peaceful and tranquil camp site. Easy to access and find, we will be back again soon.

Beautiful location, close access to Snowdon by car. Nice river walk straight from the campsite

Gents toilet was locked on first night, no hot water facility in gents toilet but one available to females...
Wood for campfires available for purchase but didn't seem like seasoned wood.
