Beautiful place. Amazing beach. Kept very clean. Warm showers. Great indoor swimming pool.

Most of the bar staff were sluggish and disinterested.

Great access to best beach I’ve seen in UK so far that allows dogs. Rolling hills with ruins and sand dunes brilliant for the kids to explore and walk the dogs. We booked due to it having a bar, indoor pool and bistro and never went near them once because the location outdoors kept us completely engaged the whole time.

The shower areas were fine, nothing wrong with them just not luxury. The camp site with the best view is windy, they did tell us that but we wanted the sea view. Take the wide flat pegs to peg the windy side of the tent. Once we repegged with those we were fine and secure.

Close access to beach (which was beautiful) but no good access for people with mobility issues, accessible facilities, although shower areas could have been cleaner.

The beach is a little paradise for all the family (including the dog). Miles of golden sand and no crowds. Lovely views over to St Ives. There is a steep climb through the dunes so if you have walking probs you might need lots of breaks but on a nice day what's the rush. The dunes around the camp are lovely to explore. My husband said the dog loved running about in the dunes and the views were fantastic

The fact they don't cater to requests. We asked (in good time) to be placed in a specific area due to a member of our party being a blue badge holder. They didn't let us know they couldn't do this and so when we turned up we found it first come first served and being disabled we one of the last to arrive. We couldn't use any of the facilities. Fortunately the beach has a carpark with ample spaces. The park is huge and why bother going somewhere that's so vast and crammed in that you need to drive just to get everywhere inside the park. Might as well go somewhere else and drive everywhere. If you're young and healthy you might not mind loads of walking but if you're not then prepare to drive. I can't comment on the facilities but I saw the itinery and it wasn't a heartbreak for me that I couldn't go because it was an endless stream of gameshows and audience participation they will insisted everyone join. I hated this holiday park, the money grabbers got you jammed in like sardines and then afterwards bombard you with emails trying sell you their nasty caravans. The only redeeming feature - location

Very near the beach! Nice friendly bar and bistro. Perfect place for surfing.

We personally think you need to assign people pitches and/or have someone on a buggy taking people to pitches. We had a small caravan but the signs were terrible so we got lost. Its not the easiest place to navigate around with a caravan and getting lost isn't the type of stress you need on the first day of your holiday. There was also no WiFi at the pitch.

We loved the site. Beach was amazing! Clean and well looked after place with friendly staff.
Highly recommend!

Apart from the showers everything was great
They were Cleaned but after been used the water sat there looking yuky thete wasn't anything for you to mop tour cubicle ready for next person
Soap dispensers empty when I asked I was told they run out
