Location is great to be able to travel to the likes of Land's End and Lizard Point, about 35mins from each. Access to the beach and the coastal path is also good.
There is a shop on site which sells a wide variety of items. The outdoor areas are generally clean and tidy.

Check-in is rubbish, you're left to drive up to guest services only to be told you have to drive back to the main gate to pick up a camping pack.
You can't pre-book a pitch so you're told to pitch anywhere you like, this doesn't work well when some of the pitches are tiny, we only had a 6 man tent plus one car and we struggled to find a decent pitch.
Shower blocks are dirty and don't drain the water so you have to dry and dress yourself in a large puddle of water. Loo roll is sometimes sparse so you need to take your own.
No effort is made to keep the noise down at night, the entertainment goes on until 11pm and even if your not close all you can hear is the bass. Campers are not told a time to be quiet so SOME just do as they please and continue past 11pm with their own entertainment.
Signs up for cars stating 10mph but this isn't adhered to or enforced and I guess it's only a matter of time before a child is run over.

Good sized pitches, right on a beautiful beach, restaurants and bars are reasonable, friendly staff, peaceful site. Rabbits hopping about in the evening (lots of snails). Seagulls and magpies will raid your bin bags if you leave them out...

Toilets weren't overly clean but OK. Push button showers were intermittently cold/hot and they only stayed on for 5 seconds at a time which was annoying.

Location good. Good size pitch. Close to the beach.

Big groups noisy outside well after 11pm curfew - didn't seem to be staff on site to control this.

Very nice campsite with lots on-site. Shop reasonably priced.

Signal isn’t great although WiFi in the pub is good. The toilets could do with being cleaned more frequently in the busier periods.

The arcade was a big hit with the kids as it supplied tickets which we stored up for the last night.
The facilities were clean and accessible and the pitches were a good size and plenty to choose from.
The restaurant although a little noisy at times have a lovely range of food.

I'm recently single (just over a week) and trying was trying to do a pre booked holiday on my own with the children, when I checked in I said I should be ok putting the tent up on my own, but if I struggle would someone be able to give me a hand, the two people in reception did not seam bothered and said I might be able to find someone around to help. Just a little understanding and support would have been nice.

Amazing view, great location and quite place. Close to the beach through the sandy fields and cliffs.

Toilet and shower facilities was build ages ago, bit dirty.
Doors and roof windows always open, lots od spiders, flies and other creatures.
When tou arrive to the site you have to drive round with caravan behind to find a space as is not allocated to you 🙁

The location of the site is fantastic with easy access to the beautiful beach.
The bus service is just across the road from the site and the cost of travelling to the likes of St Ives was cheap.
On a rainy day the swimming pool was a great place to entertain the younger ones.

We arrived to be informed of the areas we could pitch up on but we were not allocated a spot. This left leaving the site difficult as with this system our pitch could have been taken if we were out for the day.
The toilet facilities were dated and blocked on a number of occasions.
It seems that the touring holidays are not a priority and the service points are in need of an update to provide easier access for topping up and emptying, I could not find a drive on grey water emptying point.
It would be helpful to have more for older children and maybe a bike hire service.
We used to visit this site over 30yrs ago and the club house and bar areas dont seem to have been updated for sometime.

Very clean and safe site. Amazing views and direct access to the beach. Indoor Swimming pool clean and safe for children. Friendly staff and convenience shop very good.

Noise in the evening as our camping area was close to the Dynamite Bar so we could hear the music late at night.
