Would have been nice to have water available at the pitch, but it wasn't far to the drinking water tap so not really a problem

The views and beach were stunning.

The camping facilities were absolutely awful! Toilets not working/blocked. Sinks not working/blocked (plugs stuck in the sink). Shower block was like something out of the 60’s so dated and poorly maintained. Showers were shocking with water coming on and off. Mould everywhere and cobwebs and spiders. Soaps were often not filled up which meant that most of the time you couldn’t wash your hands after going to the toilet. It was 50/50 if the sink worked and if it did if there were any soap. Washing up facilities were really dated and poor, not even a plug to put in the sink to wash up.

The site is also very poorly signposted.

The site was amazing, the staff worked really hard to keep things clean and tidy. Facilities were excellent.

Great views and lovely dunes for long walks. Perfect place for dog owners. Nice restaurant with a great view.

Location to beach was fantastic although a 15 minute walk from the pitches by the entrance. The pitches were good size and it was quiet at night.

Toilet and shower block was awful. The drains were blocked for two days and the middle of the room was flooded and muddy. There was rubbish all over the floor and the cleaner didn’t seem interested in picking it up. We had two days with no toilet roll in the toilets for two days and I asked the cleaner if she could restock and she said she didn’t have any. I complained to guest services and they said they’d had several complaints and they were sorting it, which they did.
The showers weren’t great, nowhere to put your dry clothes.

Good hot showers and near to the beach

The path to the beach is very steep, anyone with mobility issues would not be able to do it.

I didn’t like how the staff drive round in golf carts and stare at you. I appreciate it’s a big site and they are trying to make everyone’s stay safe but it wouldn’t hurt to say hello or even wave

Theres only 3 showers and the water pressure is poor in the third shower if all three are on.

Swimming pool was completely dedicated to children. As an adult with no children who wanted to use the pool it was basically inaccessible for me. Surely they could consider adult only session times in the pool as its unacceptable that I was essentially unable to use this facility.

Lovely setting, fairly easy access to the beach. Various amusements to keep the family entertained.

The communal bathrooms were disgusting with used sanitary products left in the ladies showers and used adult nappies being left by the basins in the mens and they were left for some time. The entire bathroom floors flooded terribly leaving no dry area for you to stand and dress small children. They were left uncleaned for an unacceptable amount of time. It was only after reporting numerous times and threatening to report it that anything was done about the issue. We won't be returning fir this reason.
