Near the beach and a fairly level field. Staff friendly.

The shower blocks in desperate need of a complete revamp. Bits missing from showers, pressure knobs that stop the second you take your hand off, water spraying into next cubicles and communal areas but not in your shower, blasted with cold water and no escape. Nowhere dry to stand to get dressed. Mens and womens the same. Lights on sensor so not on when you go in, pitch black, fumble around until they come on, sit on the loo and they go off again. Awful. Should have had with fi as told but no wi fi in the field we were in. Seemed the area was neglected and forgotten as it was across the road from the main site.

Quick check-in and down to beach with ease. Friendly staff, toilets always clean and showers good.

Got some chips at the chicken restaurant, hoped the portion would be a bit bigger than it was so ended up buying more, might just be me but £7 quid seemed a lot for some chips.

Nice pitch, everything was clean and tidy. The shop was crazy expensive either.

Had a group of young lads in the pitch next to us who were up all night disturbing the people around them. I saw when I booked that it said no groups of more than 3 people under the age of 23 and these people were clearly younger than 23. Ruined the 1st night but fortunately they left on the Saturday

i read all the reviews re the toilets and showers, i thought they very good , clean and nice temperature...

The facilities and shop are well priced and stocked well.

Only stayed long enough to use the unpleasant loos, left the site after 15 minutes, pitch to close to other tents, if I opened my rear doors on my camper van I would be in someone else’s tent, no privacy at all

fantastic location

toilets and showers very dated and in need of a total refurbishment. Obviously a site who's main bread and butter is caravans etc but they need to up their game for campers.

We stayed at Ruda Bay, this is our second time. We absolutely love it here... the camp site is lovely and has everything you need on it. Amazing costal walks with beautiful views. Can not fault this site. We will be definitely going again and we can't wait ❤️
