Everything the owner is very welcoming and friendly stayed here with the wife and 3 kids in our campervan what fantastic little place kids loved the pool and the evening entertainment was fantastic, good toilet block with nice hot showers the fishing is amazing too the manager even offered me a place in the fishing match that was running when we stayed will definitely be returning again soon

Lovely rural location and RAF typhoons overhead all day!

Place just felt a bit run down and unloved.
Toilets were not cleaned or had paper re stocked.

The area was peaceful and nice with lots of walk as and things to do nearby museum and raf aircraft training which was incredible to watch. The toilets and shower were clean. The pod was nice was a few bits missing but the owner rectified it quite quickly. Was nice to have a dip in the cold pool as it was so hot out.

There was some flies that continuously landed on you and were quite irritating not sure if they were from the crops or from the river beside. The bar doesn’t currently have food which is a shame and they didn’t open on the hottest day of the year. Met some lovely people that live on site. Looking forward to seeing them all again.

are doing night training as it can get noisy.

The site is in a beautiful location we were welcomed by the owner who was friendly and informative. The pitch was tidy and the shower block was clean and well stocked.

The campsite is perfect. We were welcomed by the owner and he was accommodating to all our needs. I would definitely recommend this site and we will be booking again next time we are in the area. The wooden pod has everything you need for an overnight stay and it is extremely comfortable. The facilities on the site are clean and extra facilities such as the swimming pool and bar make it a perfect stay.

Lovely site close to river, very quiet at night, has onsite pool ( still heating up so was cold but usable) small playground set away from pitches so did not cause any disturbance, grass short and ground solid so ok if wet. Even had our own personal air show thanks to nearby RAF base.

Let down by standard of cleaning in public areas, shower drains blocked so showers flood when used, no mop provided to mop up after use, having said this we will definitely be visiting this site again, been to posher sites who's facilities were much worse and cost twice as much.

Pool is not heated, absolutely freezing. We went to the coast and the sea was warmer.
No wifi, or very little

The space available, and on the whole a quiet campsite, It's 5 minutes from RAF Coningsby, so at time you have Typhoon Jets overhead. On one day, we could watch the Lancaster of the BBMF practicing, which was a joy to watch and hear. Nice walks along the river, great for those with dogs. Fishing available.

The is a bar, which has a snooker table, and dart board available.

Roads, leading to the site are narrow and very bumpy, be careful with you caravans!

Pool was very cold, possibly not heated at all, which is a shame.

No toilets near the pool! and the pool area was not cleaned, Sweets on the floor and dead flowers, remained over the duration of our stay of 4 nights
