Wow where do i start, i would highly recommend this caravan park it was the best holiday we have ever had. I can't wait to go back.
The pet friendly caravan didn't feel like a pet caravan as it was spotless. The staff and all the things to do is am,we enjoyed the pool and the club in the evening especially the kids club and bingo. It has its own beach to which is so beautiful with the sea being clear. The arcade was great fun and not expensive either. I can't rate this park high enough I will be booking for later in the year without a doubt

We had a friendly welcome from the lady in the reception kiosk who gave us all the information we needed.
The pitch was excellent, with its own water and electricity point, and reasonably level.

The WiFi needs to be improved, the signal was very weak making it unavailable much of the time. There was no coverage at all on the o2 network, meaning that reliable WiFi is important.
We were close to the entrance road, the noise from which is made worse due to the speed limit being routinely ignored by both park employees and visitors. It is pointless putting 10mph signs in place if the limit is not enforced. A number of severe speed bumps should be installed.

Really loved the fully serviced pitches and great sea view from the pitch.
The site was very clean and well kept and the staff all very friendly

The WiFi wasn't the best on our pitch

We liked Everything at Ladram Bay! It was easy to access and in a good location for walking. We loved the fact we could leave the motorhome on the site and walk to the beach, Sidmouth and Budleigh Salterton. Our pitch was spacious, fully serviced and level, best of all was the wonderful view of the sea from our window. The whole site seems to be arranged around Ladram Bay, so I imagine most holiday makers staying here would enjoy this view.
We were most impressed by the cleanliness of this holiday Park, everywhere seemed very well cared for. The shower and toilet block was spotless, modern and well designed and a pleasure to use. The staff worked hard, a leaking tap in the wash up area was quickly fixed, a member of staff went litter picking around the pitches early morning. On our last day, a holidaymaker had left a bag of rubbish outside their vehicle and the seagulls immediately had a field day making a dreadful mess. Having reported it to the reception the maintenance team quickly came and cleared it all up.
This site has a lot to offer here ,swimming pools, bar, entertainment area and restaurant and they all looked very attractive and inviting. The only facility we used however was the shop. This was, like everything we saw, clean and well laid out. We actually couldn't believe how well equipped it was, we needed some Superglue - which thankfully, they stocked. There's everything you need there- bakery, groceries, toys, gifts, all manner of camping accessories, swimwear and more and the prices were very reasonable!

This isn't really a dislike, more a point to be aware of, the internet signal at the site is intermittent. So make sure you've downloaded walking routes, information etc before you go ( including the Ladram Bay App )
There is WiFi available in the bar area ( Code was on the Bar) and outside the shower block ( Code on the wall near the wash up sinks ).

Great size pitch with electric and water, able to park beside tent. Toilet/Shower block 2 mins walk, own pebble beach, goid eateries, quiet mid week, very much busier fri-sun

No wi-fi unless in the club at night, quite hilly location, quite an isolated site away from the local towns

A lovely clean and well managed site with a friendly and helpful team. The location and views are wonderful along with screened walls and a village pub. A must visit location in Devon.

Tidy, well kept site, with nice clean shower and toilet blocks. Lots to do on site, well stocked and reasonably priced shop and a good fish and chip shop. Good swimming pool and crazy golf course. Friendly and helpful staff.

Pitches felt a bit cramped, the car belonging to the neighbouring pitch was only about 3 feet from the side of our caravan. Our pitch was fairly close to the main entrance road for the site, which was not an issue, but vehicles seemed to travel quite quickly up and down it, including ones belonging to the campsite.

Love this campsite, everything is at a reasonable price ie shop and bar

Needs more lighting around the site especially around the pathways leading to the caravans etc.

Couldn’t fault the pitches was right next to toilet/shower block.

Needs more lighting along the footpath to the club house. It’s a dog friendly site yet dogs are not allowed on the beach or club house/ arcades
