Such a lovely spot, I've been here several times before, and definitely will be here lots more times in the future. New (to me) showers make a world of difference :)

The owners were great and very laid back. I loved the campsite, we had a woodland pitch that was just perfect for us and had lots of room to spread out.

The staff were really welcoming and chatty. The food (which is delivered straight to your pitch via push bike) was truly amazing!
The site is perfect with privacy, plenty to do with towns in surrounding areas

Stunning setting with views of surrounding forested hills & green rolling meadows. 5 minute walk to walking/cycle path along the river all the way to Barmouth where some great grub and pubs can be found overlooking the harbour. Estuary very close to the camp and other hikes and trails surrounding. Owner happy to find us a spot we really liked and generally very chilled and friendly.

Showers were quite good, toilets less so and seemingly diy-made. With space for many pitches there are only a few showers, toilets and wash-up sinks. Despite this we never had to queue, which makes one wonder where everyone was doing their business.

Campsite in beautiful location. Owners friendly and helpful.

We were camped on the field at the bottom of the hill which was a very long way from the toilets.

The peaceful and quiet environment enjoyed the exploration of the beautiful site with the big oaks really happy with the amenities provided with showers and toilets conveniently available and looking forward to returning to continue our adventure and my wife says this is a special place.

Excellent and unique camping experience. We camped in the woods, on a pitch called 'Mountain View', which had fantastic views over to Cader Idris. Facilities are basic but well maintained, and as it's a 'wild camping' site this is expected. Water from the tap is filtered spring water, perfectly clear and no off taste. Showers free of charge. Adrian is super friendly and chilled out, makes a change from grumpy farmers! Site is on a bit of a hill in places, and paths can be a bit of a hike to facilities if your pitch is far away. Bare this in mind and go well prepared and you're sure to have a great time. We went out of peak season so site was blissfully quiet, can't comment on what it might be like when busy. Would definitely go again!

Liked that we had our own woodlands pitch! It was as though we were the only ones there! Like the fact that they are a quite camping ground (no music), we love being apart of nature so this was great!! Also loved that they had showers! The location was great for local hiking trails which we took advantage of.
The host was easy to contact and always responded to calls for anything we needed (wood, fire pit etc)
We had a fantastic time!
