Well maintained, clean toilets, friendly staffs

A clear pitch for the motorhome with EHU and Water. Nearby toilet/shower. Play area for children in sight of our pitch. We didn’t explore but there is laundry, games room and shop available. The sight was quiet from 10pm and we slept well. The scenery is lovely.

A separate shower from the toilet would suit us. This might be available at another part of the site that we didn’t explore.

Beautiful views, river running one side and the steam train another! Lots of space and very clean facilities, staff were really helpful

Lovely clean site and very well maintained. Staff were always on hand to help and were always about.

A little loud of an evening due to kids playing on the park until gone 11pm, maybe a quiet time restriction needed to be put in place.

Well organised pitches, clean and tidy. Toilets and shower blocks very closed by and generally clean with hot water in the shower. The campsite is big and there many things for the children to explore and stay busy. The stream behind our tent was beautiful a d the children jumped in and had lots of fun. There is a playground with picnic tables around it and there was a pizza van and a cocktail van on Saturday night visiting the campsite. There is also a games room for the younger children to play pool and chill that stays open till 10pm. The staff is very friendly and available when we needed something. Overall beautiful site surrounded by gorgeous views!!

Not sure if it was because of the stream close to our tent, but there were a lot of midges early in the evening. The staff told us that it hadn't happened before so maybe it was just a one off situation.

The site was in a good location.

Motorhomes/ caravans & tent pitches were all mixed together which wasn’t very good . people playing games against my motorhome like football.
Wardens not helpful in the slightest

The pitches were very spacious, amazing views and close to various shower block which were clean and fresh.

The grounds were very tidy too, our dog especially enjoyed the on site dog walk early in the morning.

This is our second visit and will come back again.

Electric tripped out a few times with minimal items running, which kept locking out the boiler on the caravan, but other than that a fantastic site, very happy!

Absolutely stunning location. Great campsite with excellent shower and toilet facilities. Really friendly staff and just a beautiful place to camp. 10/10
