Thankyou for taking the time to leave a review. Im glad you liked the campsite overall.Sorry you felt the staff were inconsiderate about trying to keep sand out of the indoor showers. As you realise, sand blocks all the plumbing very quickly and have invested in outside showers with sand traps to avoid this happening as is very difficult to unblock sand. I will have a word with the staff to back off abit and keep their voices down. We are making big improvements for next year now we have permission for a longer opening season so hope you come back to see them.

We provide a dog walk and try our best to ensure dogs are kept on long leads. However, we are one of the very few sites that allow dogs at no extra charge and believe that is why dog owners revisit every year. I spend a lot of time requesting dogs to be kept on leads. Sadly though, as with a lot of issues, people just agree with me & then do the opposite

The management are really lovely 🥰 there is a burger type van on site that's open every morning that is fab - they offer lots of choices 😋 they are also open on a Saturday and Sunday night. There are several pub/restaurants really close by too. The views are stunning and you are literally a 5 minute walk to the beach which has lifeguards in the day - it is not a swimming beach - jumping waves, bodyboards and surfboards are perfect. There are plenty of dog walks plus you are allowed dogs on the beach until 10am and after 6pm. Lots of beautiful places to visit close by.
